 + -1 moreMosquitos were minimally reduced. When I called to complain they sprayed again and it was better that month. Ants were never controlled. Other insects were controlled better. I don't think their technician for my area was very well trained. I don't want to have to call monthly to complain in order to get good service.
Description of Work: Sprayed for insects. Year long contract Also sprayed for mosquitos for $55 a month April - Oct.

 + -1 moreWe are very happy with them, and they have been great. They charge $33 per month for the bugs, and for the termites it is $72.50 every 3 months. We would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: We use Cook's Pest Control for bugs, and we have a termite contract with them as well. They last provided service for us 2 weeks ago. They come out every month and treat the exterior of our entire house and then every 3 months they come out and do the termites.

Description of Work: We signed a yearly contract in November 2010 with Cook's for $39.00 a month with an initial payment of $117.00. The representative was a very courteous and prompt person. I had to call Cook's almost monthly in between regular monthly service times as the bugs kept coming and I'm not a dirty person. October 2011 came and I was disgusted and felt like calling the board of health. I called Cook's and told them I had to call another exterminating company which I did. Their representative came and located the problem area in the motor of my refrigerator in my pantry which is adjacent to my kitchen.DJ at Cook's who answered the phone said I have to pay the final $39.00 which I feel is wrong because they didn't have the ability to do the job.

 + -1 moreI used Cook's at a previous residence. I have lived in this house for about 18 months and have had NO pest problems but have noticed evidence of mice. I called Cook's at 11am and two techs called me back within half and hour and came right out to do the inspection. Ralph was great. The price is reasonable for regular treatment (based on square footage, but - mine was quoted at $33/month for comprehensive and complete pest control.) I already have the initial treatment scheduled for this week.
Description of Work: I called because I was having a minor mouse issue. The tech came out and did a free estimate and it was VERY thorough, and then he gave me a detailed and reasonable breakdown of treatment with no pressure on the "sale"...
