Description of Work: They treated my home for termite prevention 2 years ago and last year did the annual check ($175/yr) to keep the contract in service. Went very well and during the initial treatment found active termites behind the wall where the bath tub lines came through the slab. Caught before any damage.

 + -1 moreWe noticed a good reduction of mosquitoes. When it rains, the spray is washed away and they will come back out and spray again if you call them. Overall good. We have had an issue recently with miscommunication and no return call, but they are supposed to come out again this month.
Description of Work: Mosquito spray = $75/month. We also use for pest service for indoor and outdoor spraying.

 + -1 moreThey always show up on time, ask if you have any current pest problems you need to discuss. If no problems they go on and spray inside and out and leave the detailed bill/report in your door. NO smell, NO mess.
Description of Work: I have a yearly service agreement with them and they spray inside and outside the house for all kinds of bugs and termites.
