Steve did a good job. Deck was well built, on time and on budget. Very nice man to work with.

Came right away and gave an estimate. started work in a few days and finished in three days. Everything looks great. He was professional and knowledgeable.

Steve did a good job. He came during the holidays which was really nice. This was not a complex job - just removing wet insulation and ceiling tiles, but Steve did a good job, and was very friendly and punctual.

After job completion, I noted a large bubble in the linoleum, and the bathtub was not level. Steve returned the following day and corrected both problems expeditiously and professionally.

His work was satisfactory, but it was not great.

Steve was prompt and thorough he cleaned up the residue produced by his work. Our ceiling is popcorn and he repaired stained places and replaced the popcorn. You can't tell where he did the work it was a beautiful job. He replaced light fixtures in our dining room, bathroom and a bedroom. He was very careful and did excellent work. He put PVC pipe around the top of our 8' fence to make the yard 'cat proof'', not only did he fit the PVC onto the fence he secured it with screws. None of our cats have gotten out over the fence since he did the work. He did all this in just two days!

Steve communicated well, came when he said he would, and did a thorough job.

Great job on estimate, sticking to it. Quality work. This was upstairs bathroom so not an easy job, took their time to make sure all was done right. Not a rush job. Took care to keep dust, dirt, etc to a minimum. Help us with ideas on the remodel. Will use again.

He's prompt and very courteous. He charges what he said he was gonna charge. They process is still on going though. Our saddling problems aren't all solved at this point but that's necessary his fault. He just did what the in structural engineer that we hired recommended. It's not a completely job at this point but we would talk to him some more about other work. We would definitely talk to him again about working at our house.

Steve has been very professional from the outset - showing up when he says he will, giving honest feedback about what each project will entail, and letting me know if a project is outside his area of expertise. Work was completed in a timely manner, and I felt the pricing was fair. I have additional jobs planned, and will definitely be hiring him in the future.

We needed the floor in our bathroom to be replaced. Install a new vanity and toilet. He did a great job. Replaced everything and was very neat and professional.

Steve is an excellent worker, he does exactly what is asked of him in a timely manner. The contractor (#@#@**and ) I originally hired to install a second bath in my home refused to put up the shower door, too meticulous, too hard he said. Steve installed the shower door and it is perfect !! Steve replaced a hose on the toilet ( the previous contractor put on) that was too short and in a crimp causing the toilet to take several minutes to fill up, he fixed the stopper in the bathroom sink that also was not previously installed properly. I wanted two light fixtures changed and he put the covers on my vent / fan light in both bathrooms along with the new light above the bathroom sink. The night before he arrived the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms started smoking. Steve checked it out to find the fan motor locked down, he installed a new ceiling fan. I cannot say enough about his work ethic. The jobs I have are small, (except the pain in the rear shower door),and most contractors would not want to deal with them but Steve did, he charged me by the hour and did not waste time about getting things done. I have several more odd jobs to be done and will definitely hire him again.....

It was excellent. He came when he said he would come. He did what we asked him to do. He even modified what he was going to do per our comments or requests. He was extremely careful about what he was doing. He was very easy to work with. He was very professional. We would use him again in the future.

Steve and his wife Kim are great to work with! I am located out of state and they sent me pictures of the work as it progressed, kept me in the loop of any issues and had great ideas that I hadn't even thought of! I would hire them again in a heartbeat and give them the highest recommendation possible!

He does an excellent job. He just does excellent work, his work is very good. He does a little bit of everything.
