I contacted Bisco and within an hour or so, they were at my house assessing the issues with my hot water heater. They told me that the water heater needed to be replaced which was what I assumed and then 2 hours later, they had replaced it completely. I was amazed at how quickly everything was done from the time I contacted them til the time they finished. Overall total time was roughly 3 hours and I didn't have to go any days without use of my hot water heater. Not to mention, the price was very competitive and fair. Someone had recommended them on fb so I gave them a call. I had a leak under the sink in my guest bathroom. It didn’t take him long so I was skeptical. He said he guaranteed his work and he definitely does. About an hour later it had a tiny drop of water. He came back out about two hours later(my choice bc I had somewhere to go) and fixed the problem. That was two days ago and still no leak. I highly recommend them!
