Description of Work: They wanted money up front in their personal account. They are not licensed. He had on shorts and flip flops plus said he was working under someone's license but couldn't say who....I didn't give them 1 penny and I hired a contractor by the name of worley contractors who did an excellent job and I would recommend worley contractors to anyone.

+ -1 moreRandy Williford informed me that he was a licensed contractor. He went to get lenths to look over my property and tell me what i needed done. i also told him what i wanted done. He wanted me to pay him $160,000 to do work on a house that wasn't even half that much. He then dropped the price to $98,000. Now that's a huge drop difference but still too much. He couldn't produce a license and then told me he worked for someone that had the license and he could give me their license number!!!! i told him i could make up a number if that was the case. He informed me that he "WOULD TRY" to get in touch with his boss. That was three days ago and i haven't heard from him since. I would never get this man to do anything for me. HE CAN NOT BE TRUSTED......I have since learned of jobs big and small that he has done. They all got someone else to finish his mess!!!

Description of Work: Water heater ceased operation. Randy and his team arived on a Sunday at 2:00pm and removed the old unit, replaced the new unit, and removed all material used during the installation. Very painless process.

+ 10 moreHe did a great job! I Love my bathroom. He is highly qualified and and very sincere person. I would definately hire again. As a matter of fact I am planning to hire him again to do my kitchen.
Description of Work: I had a major leak in the bathroom that required new flooring, walls etc. Everything was completly rotted. There was alot of work that needed to be done.

+ 22 moreOverall it went okay. Had several set backs during process. Began worrying that he was charging too much. Finally had to stop project. Won't use again, They won't stand behind warranties ! Have called for weeks with problem. He won't return calls. I know he is getting my messages.
