"Spriggs commercial cleaning was very professional and did great work! I highly recommend them and will definitely hire them again! I had a tenant leave my rental property in terrible condition. There was pet feces and urine throughout the home from several different types of animals, trash and disgusting furniture and more. Lanier visited the home promptly and gave me a competive quote (althought he wasn't the cheapest). He started work immediately. He removed everything out of the home that wasn't salvageable (including appliances). It took several days but they showed up early, was thorough, and went above and beyond. He got the home back in rentable, turn-key condition with very little rehab work to be done afterwards. He probably saved me $10K. I didn't have to lift a finger! The quoting and booking process was seamless and their communication was clear. I'll definitely be hiring Spriggs Commercial Cleaning again and I highly recommend them."

"Hired for a million dollar roofing / patio repair in a 13 unit hi-end townhome community -always MIA on the job site. Our HOA board has threatened legal action due to slow progress. We are nearing 7 months in what should be a 3 month project- and we are only at 50% completion. -did not put a tarp down during a rain storm, causing water intrusion in 4 units -caused damage to 5 of 13 units during first month of project -refused to pay for matching carpet in my home to make me whole for damage caused by his negligent employees. Costing me over $3,000.00 to me-the home owner all while promising to cover all costs. Stay away. Owner Jeremy Britton is dishonest!"
