JAZZY WINDOW TINTING

Where do I start first I paid 272 for what was supposed to be the top of the line 2nd it took 4 + hours which I was told one and a half hours 3rd the manager gave everyone before me a free car wash but when I asked for $20 off he said he couldn't do it and I doubt the others paid as much as I paid. the worst customer service I ever experienced ( they could have at least said sorry for the wait] the two guys that did the work did a good job. I have more to say but im tired of typing just dont go here ill pay every one 20$ to go some where else this is dennis again so i found a hair in between the glass and tint so i brought my car up there last Saturday and he made me make an appointment which was fine. But the whole time he was crying about me giving him a bad review. And he will make it up Saturday at 9am. So Saturday comes i get there at 8:45am and hes not there smh so i wait hes comes in around 9 29am meanwhile theres two other ladies that are here wanting to be seen. So he opens the store gets our keys move our cars in the bays. So about 3 hours pass and my car is still not done mind you its just one window thats needs to be fixed so i go see whats taking so long and he has not even started my car he is working on the one of the ladies car first. Smh it gets worst so i ask her when did she make her appointment she said yesterday. W** so at this point i realize he is trying to pay me back for writing a review on my first experience SMH. He should not be in business. It gets worse so they start my car 2 hours go past so i go check to see whats wrong this sorry excuse for an owner has the guy working on my car taking off my back window tint with out my consent. now he really trying to push my buttons and wasting my time. So after a total of 6 and a half hours for two windows . so i ask to speak with him. He pulls me to the side and threatens me. So i will be seeing him in Court
