Description of Work: They take care of my garbage. They do valet garbage service. I spend $35.00 monthly.

+ -1 moreOverall, I agree with the previous writer that customer service is nil, there is none with this company. I am still hoping to find another provider at which time I will gladly cancel with this company. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: This company has been providing garbage collection for my subdivision since I moved here four years ago. Until recently I was always able to call if a problem and speak with a person. Recently I have called on several occasions beginning around the first of April and left messages on different days on their voice mail and never received a call back. So apparently customer service means nothing to them anymore. If I had a choice, I would cancel with them but, unfortunately I have not been able to find another service provider for this area. So I continue tp pay them 42.00 p/m. Also the drivers are lazy, if anything falls to the ground they will leave it there.

+ -1 moreNew to the area, I tried to set up garbage service. I called at least 7 times over 3 different days and always got an answering machine. I did leave a detailed message one time, with callback information, but have not received a call back. Poor customer service in not answering the phone or calling people back. (No experience with actual trash collection service.)

+ -1 morePreviously known as A Waste Industries. They stopped picking up my trash around September when the name switched. I stopped putting my trash out in October. They were still charging me through December when they had not picked up my trash since September. I sent the company a letter that I did not want to be billed for trash that they never picked up. I am still getting bills from this company claiming that I owe them when they have not picked up my trash since September. I paid them $103. I spoke with a woman on the phone who said that I would receive a $65 refund. I have not received this. On March 14, they have charged me a $3 late fee on top of these bills. Instead of giving me the $65 refund, they applied it to the new charge for January and February. I received a bill today.
Description of Work: This company was my trash service.
