I was told it would be a 4 hour job and it wound up going about 1 hour. they fixed 1 area (1ft wide) where squirrels had gotten and and set 6 traps. Stated they would visit for 4 weeks to see if anything was caught. Well the bait was eaten but nothing trapped. And I am very disappointed that the fee wasn't adjusted since they didn't complete a full on roof exclusion. I already have drip edge installed from the roofing job completed 7 years ago. I wish the material/work was inspected and I provided a layout of where they did adding of nails where the drip edge had come loose... Buyer's remorse :-(

Pleased with work. Took care of problem; would recommend if you have problems with critters.
Description of Work: Problems with squirrels in house attic. Bill trapped and removed the squirrels, then did a perimeter check of house, closing off all possible entry points.

HE PUT TWO TRAPS ON TOP OF MY ROOF. I HAVE CALLED HIM EVERY WEEK AND I HAVEN'T SEEN HIM IN FOUR WEEKS TO CHECK THE TRAPS. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CHECK THE TRAPS MYSELF.
Description of Work: I HIRED THEM TO RUN THE SQUIRRELS OUT OF MY ATTIC.
