Bathroom was being remodeled and the design included a custom tile shower. I found Mr. Thomas on Angie's List after dealings with others who were not trustworthy or reliable. Stacy came to my house to measure and give me an estimate, and was very professional. Approximately a week after the estimate, he began working. He picked up the tile and all the supplies he would need, and made sure that what I was getting was excellent quality and would withstand its purpose. He began building the shower pan and prepping for tile right away. It took him about two weeks from start to finish. The end result is that I have a gorgeous tile shower that is very well made and will have no future problems because Stacy made sure everything was as close to perfect as any one person can get. He is also very neat. I have white carpet in my home and I laid down plastic sheeting to cover it, but he was respectful of the fact that the carpet is white, and made sure that there was no mess. The shower is beautiful and I couldn't be happier! Mr. Thomas is not only an excellent tile installer, he is also a great person and he is very trustworthy. My husband, daughter, and myself were all exceptionally comfortable with him being in our home. I would recommend him to anyone looking for tile work.

Mr. Thomas picked up the tile that we had ordered at a tile showroom company, purchased needed material such as trim and backer board and showed up at the stated time on Monday. He arrived within 15 minutes of the estimated time each day until completion on the following Thursday. He was a pleasant person to have in the house and tried to please in all respects. He removed the old toilets in the two bathrooms and set them out for pickup by the plumber. We were pleased with the finished job and the plumber who installed two new toilets commented that the tile was very level. Unlevel tile can be problematic in allowing the toilets to rock, which if that happens may require them to be stabilized with grout around the base. Neither of our toilets required that because the tile was level. Clean up was very good. We feel that the price was very reasonable considering that one of the bathrooms was small and required a significant amount of cutting and fitting of tile around the toilet, in the closet and the bathtub/shower.
