State Line Roofing

Mr. Chapman was very knowledgeable of the process and addressed each of my concerns. The work was completed in a timely manner and the clean-up was great.

IWe called Wayne Chapman, he set up a time to come look at our home and give an estimate. We were not home at the time, but he called us later and gave me a price. He provided references which we called. Each and every one gave him rave reviews. He gave us addresses so we could go look at his work. When we decided to go with his estimate, he came to the house and wrote everything in a proposal. It clearly stated price, job, clean up, etc., The workers came early each day. Worked all day and everything was finished in two days. His crew cleaned everything up including using a magnet to pick up what roofing tacks they could find. The crew was very polite and worked hard. Mr. Chapman checked on our job a couple of times and at the end walked us around the house/building to see if there was anything not done to our liking. We paid him for the job and would definitely use his company again. Finally someone who does what they say and takes pride in their work and stands behind his work.

State Line Roofing was recommended by a co-worker. I gave him a call and he answered by the 4th ring. I cannot say how much I appreciate that. I had called several other roofing companies only to get a voicemail and no call back. Every time I called Mr. Chapman, he always answered the phone himself, despite what he was doing. I asked him for a quote and he came out the same day and measured my roof and called me back with a quote that afternoon. After comparing his quote to that of another company that finally returned my phone call and provided me with a quote to do the roofing, State Line roofing had the best deal. He drove out to my home again and wrote out a contract for the services. He asked for half the cost of the roof only after the material ordered arrived (to cover the cost of the material) and the rest of money after completion of the job. He said it would probably be a week or better before he could get guys to do the job as he had several other jobs, including commercial roofing that he was doing. He called two days later and said his guys would be there on Wednesday of the next week. He had two guys working on my roof. They were friendly and did not bother anything that didn't need to be bothered to do the work. They replaced half the roof on Wednesday, it rained Thursday, and they replaced the other half on Friday. They cleaned up their material, swept the yard for nails with a magnet (they did miss a few, but I expected that and swept the yard myself with my own magnet) I couldn't be happier with the work that State Line Roofing and Mr, Chapman performed for me.

It went great! He came out and gave us an estimate, it seemed reasonable so he came back 2 days later and did the work. The leak has now stopped, even with all the rain we have been having. He seems to know his stuff, especially concerning metal roofs.

State Line Roofing responded to my inquiry very quickly and showed up within an hour. They identified the problem quickly and fixed it with the same speed. Their repair totally fixed the problem; very efficiently. They are coming back tomorrow(I called them tonight) to look at a different area that needs attention. Wayne Chapman ( owner) is terrific!
