He's a scammer don't hire him if you do DONT PAY ANYTHING til the job is done.
Description of Work: Replacing fascia & paint porch & overhangs. He took our $300 cash deposit on June 19 & never saw him again. Oh we have tons of excuses he gave for not getting out here to do the work, then when we ask for our deposit back he said he didn't have it. Or he would text & tell my husband it would be wed, then next fri, the sun. He never talked to my husband he only wanted to text. So we have plenty proof, we filed a police report with the Walker County Sheriffs office gave them all the messessages. He took his add off Facebook and his name is Scott Robinson. He wants us to go through his attorney Now.

17 years. Never one complaint, in three states. Exterior paint on bare facia and soffit. We were 8" above normal in rain, literally daily thru June and first half of July. I am not interested in warranty work that costs me money. I wasn't about to apply paint to saturated or wet pressure treated wood, 30' off the ground, for it to bubble and peel less than a month later. Contract details mid Aug deadline. I was told times up mid July. Time, travel and cost of paint invested. I was there three different occasions. All stored in my Google location history. Customer is in breach and forfeits deposit. I hope the Sheriff gets these notes as well. End of story.
