It went very well. I like their customer service when I contacted them. They were very cooperative and willing to work with my particular situation. I called three different companies, two, I have to leave messages and they didn't return my phone call so when I got in touch with them I explained what I needed to be done and they were very cooperative. I recommended them to my neighbor and they used them just the other day.

My last experience with them seems to grow more horrible as time goes by. I had use them in the past for some small issues, so I contacted them with a septic tank issue I had in the spring. They came out, gave me an estimate to pump my tank. The original estimate was $250, but once they got here, they said it would be $500, since they could not uncover the tank without using a backhoe. I have found out since then no other service in the area charges an additional $250 for a backhoe, and if one is required, it is just part of the original charge. After they pumped my tank, I began to see water puddling in my yard near the tank, which had never occurred before. I called them back about this, left messages, but no one came out to the house to check out the situation. Finally, someone from their office called, and said it sounded like I had a field line problem leading from my septic tank, and the estimated cost to fix this would be between $3000-$7000. After hearing that quote is when I went to Angie's Lists. I also contacted my local health department. The health department came out, surveyed the issue, and surmised what the issue might be. They also advised me, that while they could not recommend any one company to me, they would suggest contacting several for estimates, because their experience had led them to the conclusion you could get the same work done for a variety of prices in our area. I contacted two other reputable septic services from Angie's list, one quoting a price of $1500, and one for approximately $600. Both companies also reconfirmed I had been WAY overcharged for a septic tank pump back in March by Roto Rooter. I had the service done professionally by another service and was completely satisfied. After the work was completed, Roto Rooter actually called me back to see if they were still needed to come out and do the work , a full two weeks after my initial call. Totally unprofessional and bordering on unethical with their practices and prices. I would never recommend any one use this service.
