They charged an excessive 2400 (my wife and my "stimulus" checks) in May to improve AC performance. Kevin Tipton never answers but we managed to reach Sergei there who came out for the quote and assured us they would work for 3 days on getting our AC "pirrfecct" for the summer. 2 mexicans showed up to actually do the work, and completed it in less than a day, but still cost the same. Sergei assured us that "prrriiventatif myentennance" was done, but less than 2 months later, during one of the hottest summers, the whole AC system crashed because of a broken down air handler. Needless to say, RAM asked for a few thousand more to repair a problem they were responsible for, since clearly no preventative maintenance was done.

I received 3 estimates and he was 1/2 the price. Price is important, but not everything. Kevin, the owner, came out himself, brought copies of all insurance he had talked us through everything needed. We had to have ductwork. All the other companies had separate charges on the invoice. He did it with no additional cost. We ended up with TRANE units for the same cost as Carrier. He did not try to up sell us. All the other vendors wanted to sell on SEER ratings and up sell to a higher rating. Kevin explained that in a condo we would never recoup the "energy savings" that the higher seer rated units "promise". He does not "sub" out work. He gave us a 2 yr parts and labor warranty. Other companies only offered 1 yr parts and labor. We have manufacturers warranty of 10 yrs. the guys did a wonderful job. All the ductwork is neat and clean looking. I would highly recommend them.

I found an ad for this company in my local Mint Magazine. They had a deal going on where they waived their service call fee if repairs were performed. Well i knew that the control board needed replacing, so i figured this would be a good deal. I called and spoke with a man on 10/7/13. I explained to him that i needed the control board replaced, and asked him for a cost estimate. JHe quoted me $170. $145 for the labor, and $25 for a fee that he claimed Carrier would charge him to get the part replaced under my warranty. I agreed to the cost, and we scheduled a time for him to come out. between 9am-10am on Friday October 11th. I never heard back from him... ever. My wife took the morning off so she could be home when he arrived. 11am came, no repairman yet. So i called and left him a message. 12:30, still no one. Called and left another message. At 1:00pm we decided that this guy wasnt showing up. Seeing as no one even bothered to call me back, and no one had ever called me previously to confirm the appointment. So we contacted another HVAC company, who had their guy at our house less than two hours later. At which point i called this company back and left them a final message stating that due to lack of communication and punctuality, we had decided to go with another company. To this day (10/16/2013) i have still yet to hear anything back from this company. I hope that everything is alright with them. It's unusual for a business to just drop off the map like that.
