+ 1 moreWe had also previously bought a washer from him when newer Whirlpool had broken and he advised that it would cost more to fix than the washer was worth. The washer he sold us (125.00 delivered and balanced) is still going great, and he has a 30 day warranty on all of his appliances that he sells. Overall- if you need an appliance guy that is no hassle and knowledgeable- and all around a good guy, Jay is definatley worth using
Description of Work: Mr. Sims came out to my house because my dryer was not working. He charged 55.00 for the visit because we live in Cleveland, TN. He checked my dryer parts for functionality and finally settled on the fact that one side of our outlet/breaker was not giving out the proper voltage. He was very professional, prompt and knowledgeable.
