Brad arrived on time. Set up with provisions to protect corners, stairs, and hard wood floors. Cleaned carefully, solicited our comments and made corrections on the go. He cleaned up quickly and thoroughly when done. We have had carpets cleaned many times over the years and Brad one of the best if not the best. I recommend Finesses.

Communicated well regarding arrive. Very professional, not pushy. Performed work as requested. Brad was very friendly yet professional. He told us to let him know if there were any problems and he would take care of them.

I called on Tuesday and Brad had an opening for the next day. His wife, Amanda, called me back within an hour to confirm appointment and details. Brad called twice on the day of the appointment to update me on his arrival time. He was professional and asked if there were any trouble spots I was concerned about. He even put some of my furniture down even though that is usually not included in the basic plan. I would certainly recommend Finesse Carpet Cleaning and will use them again in the future.

Finesse Carpet and Tile Cleaning did an amazing job! We have three dogs and accidents happen. We had a 18 month old and were expecting our second child, and didn't want them crawling around on dirty carpet. Finesse did an awesome job, and actually REDUCED the quote that they had given me because the carpet wasn't as stained as they usually see. I have NEVER had a service provider knock money off what they had quoted!!! The carpet was perfectly cleaned and smelled great! (Even though I was VERY pregnant, I got on my hands and knees to smell the carpet!!)

We had used this company before and were very pleased with the results we got. CARPETING Approximately 1/2 of our home has hardwood flooring that is mopped every two weeks; the carpeting is vacuumed every two weeks. We didn't get our carpeting cleaned until we'd already lived here (in a home that had not been lived in before us) We had already lived here 2.5 yrs before we had the carpeting cleaned, and our carpeting was d-i-r-t-y because our daughter decided to 'dog sit' a friend's 1/2-wolf dog (and that dog toileted on almost every room with carpeting). It was a horrible welcome home gift; however, I decided to search Angie's List for someone who could help. Long story short - Brad was able to remove every single urine and poo stain. EVERY stain was gone and our house smelled good again. -- Our daughter had spilled Dr Pepper on her bedroom carpeting, which Brad worked at and removed. Whew! AREA RUGS We have both a small and a large area rug at the entrances of our home, and they were incredibly dirty. The were clean, clean, clean when Brad was finished with them. UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE There were no major spills or stains on the upholstered furniture; however, we thought it would be a good idea to have it cleaned just to help maintain the furniture. Afterwards we did notice a reduction in lint/fuzzies on our clothing after sitting on the furniture Brad had cleaned. And, although we didn't think our furniture was dirty because we vacuum it and it had no stains -- it did look cleaner afterwards, too.

They do really good work. They can get spots out when other people cannot. I have used quite a few others that I have not been as happy with. They really do great work.

I was asked by my in-laws to get the carpet cleaned at their new home so that it would be clean when they moved in. I went to Angie's List and saw that they were being given A's consistently. I called and the prices were comparable with others and they were from the area. They are a small family company and were friendly and professional. They were on time and the carpet was done and dried the next day in time for the move. I was emailed in advance the list of things to do like turn on fans to aid in drying and what they would do and not do like move heavy furniture. There were no surprises and no mishaps,

They were very professional, showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would do. They actually came in under the original estimate once he reviewed the areas to be cleaned. We had a few spots from our dog and after he was done even the dog couldnt find them.

All went great as always. Brad did an outstanding job on our carpet and living room couch. He is the best in the area.
