The company was very professional and communicated via email and phone. Amanda does a wonderful job keeping you advised of the status of the job and following up to ensure satisfaction once complete. Brad showed up on time and did a very thorough job of cleaning...you can tell he really takes pride in the work he does. We will certainly use them for our next carpet cleaning job...can't complement them anymore than that...thanks for a fairly priced superior job.

When we decided to put our home on the market, our real estate agent recommended that we hire Finessee to clean the carpet. We are very pleased with the results. Mr. Fenstermaker was able to get a host of nasty stains and other stuff out of the carpet.

Very prompt call back, scheduling and service date. The carpet in my new home is old, worn, and was very dirty. The technician told me upfront that because of years of neglect by the previous owner that it would not be perfect after cleaning. That was okay with me as I just wanted it better for a few months until I can replace it. I appreciated his honesty. The carpet looks MUCH better and newer and I think I can postpone the new carpet even longer. He took great care with my house, wrapping towels around every corner so the hose would not chip or scratch the wall edges, woodwork, and furniture. As soon as I get the other rooms unpacked I'll be calling again.

These guys are great. Brad provides very professional, competent and friendly service. He walked us through it every step of the way - gave an upfront assessment of our old carpet and what he could do for it and then had us check for our satisfaction after he finished the first room and then again at the end before he left. He and Amanda both followed up with us the following day. Couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommend them.

We have used Brad and Amanda for several years. Brad cleans the carpets himself, is very professional and my carpets always look like new. I would not use anyone else.

He told us that the odor was a result of the adhesive which was used in the manufacturing process for the rug, and that there was no way that he could remove it from the rug. He referred us to another local company that specialized in this type of work. When I spoke to them, they confirmed what Brad had told us. The odor was coming from the adhesive that was part of the rug itself. We were very impressed with the honesty and professionalism of Brad and Amanda Fenstermaker, the owners of Finesse Carpet & Tile Cleaning. I would very readily call them again.

He arrived with a smile, on time, ready to work! I will be honest. I did not think the carpet would be something he would be willing to work on. It is 25 years old, very dirty with many, many pet stains. I expected him to say it needed to be replaced. I was hesitant to do so because my elderly Father lives in the home and is in poor health. It would be distressing for him to go through the change of installing new carpet. So...thinking it was worth a try, I decided to let Brad give it a shot. I am amazed at the improvement that Brad was able to achieve! I do not have new carpet but it is better than I thought possible. I also want to mention the kindness that Brad demonstrated towards my Father. He was willing to work around my sleeping Father with a smile and then treated him with respect and encouragement when Dad awoke. That was as they say priceless. I do not usually make the effort to rate providers. Finesse Carpet & Tile Cleaning was worth the effort. I do want to mention that I asked Brad to look at some kitchen floor tile / grout while he was at the house. He noted that the grout was loose and felt that he might cause a problem cleaning it because his equipment uses suction. I appreciated his honesty and chose to stick with the carpet cleaning only. When the job was complete he had me look over the work to see if I was satisfied. He picked up his equipment. He had provided protectors to prevent his hoses from rubbing against furniture. The bill was as he had stated with no question except that he did check to make sure that I had received the discount for using Angie's List. I received follow up phone call and email to be sure I was still pleased and that the carpet had dried well.

There aren't many details really. They said what they would do and did what they said in a timely, friendly and professional manner. Results were excellent. Couldn't ask for more.

Cleaned badly soiled light colored carpets. Some stains could not be removed, but they were minor. There had been 17 cats in this house and I didn't smell cat after he cleaned the carpets. I may have to replace them in the long run, but will attempt to rent it as is. He showed up on time, cleaned and locked up when he was done. He called me later to check in and see if everything was OK. I have another job for him this week.

Excellent. Best job in 15 years. Carpeting was heavily worn in traffic areas but came out looking great. Also did extra job on areas along baseboards which naturally darken with age. Also love the fact that owner of business does the cleaning.

My house has been recently remodeled and there were splashes of paint and wall mud on my carpets, and pet stains also. The cleaning area consisted of 3 BR and a front entrance area. He did a beautifu job considering all the stains. The capet has been down 10+ years and now it looks like new! There were a few of the paint stains he was unable to remove and he told me up front that might be a possibility. We went over each room to be cleaned and made me aware of all the problems which I appreciated. Upon completion, the rooms looked very good and I wasmore than pleased and would use them again.
