FINESSE CARPET & TILE CLEANING

Did an excellent job, would highly recommend. Did the entire job in less than 2 hours and did a great job.

I have 5 cats and 2 dogs so the carpets were a mess. Finesse (Brad) has the proper equipment to handle any job. He pretreated all my stained areas and for the bedrooms I just needed a quick cleaning with the normal wand (as they call it). The living room was a whole different matter. Brad has a carpet cleaning machine that is like a buffer and it does miraculous work on quality carpets. I had red clay ground into my carpets by the door due to the dogs. He was able to suck all that out with the buffer and now a month later it is still clean. Yes a couple stains did come back (lighter) but like a said the carpet was a disaster. This was the second time I used Finesse and both times he has been on time and worked quickly. The quality of his work is excellent along with pricing. There is no one else I would call to do my carpets.

Finesse Carpet is wonderful and we have used them for years. They are our go-to carpet cleaner and furniture cleanser.

They were very professional from the beginning with communication and information to prepare for their arrival. Brad was able to clean a carpet that needs replacing far better than the last servicer I used to clean the carpet. He removed stains that I thought were there to stay. He also cleaned the tile on my bathroom floor that I thought was beyond help, but he make it look fabulous! He's very personable and pleasant to deal with as is his wife who organizes appointments. I will definitely be using Finesse Carpet Cleaning for all of my carpet and floor tile needs in the future!

Finesse was there on time, did the work requested and made the furniture look like new. The sofa and love seat had been on storage for over 2 years and had been in shrink-wrap. They both had some dried mold that I had vacuumed off but there were some stains left. The cleaning removed all the stains and left the furniture looking like the day it was delivered. I would highly recommend them for any furniture cleaning you might need done. Plus they gave me a discount for being a senior citizen.

Absolutely top notch! We moved here from out of state and had cosmetic improvements to do to our home. Everything from the estimate (which was very reasonable) to the completion was done very quickly and perfectly. Brad even pointed out other details like like dirty vent filters, slow drains, etc. which was very helpful since we were unaware of those issues. He even went as far to help us find a lawn service since he knew we couldn't get anyone ! Couldn't ask for better service or friendlier company!!!!!

This company/cleaner is very professional and prompt. The price was extremely affordable, and the work was excellent! They cleaned all carpets on the top floor of the house to which we were moving. It was an empty house. They called to ask any questions they had. They even came out and cleaned the day before our move-in date, which was Memorial Day. That's service and dedication! Thank you, Finesse; we will certainly recommend you to our friends and family, and hire you again.

Very nice people. They do excellent work, very detailed. I bought a voucher on Angie's List and let it expire. They still honored it. I would highly recommend them.

The service went very well. I have used the company a few different times. The owner came out for the job and completed it in the better part of half a day. He is very nice and professional. He did not try to sell any unnecessary services and tells you everything he will do before doing the service. He also told me the cost up front and stuck to it. I had no problem scheduling the service at all.

Had a very large sectional couch that was stained from years of kids climbing on it, spilling drinks/food, etc, so wanted it cleaned. Called Finesse and they were able to make it out to the house the same week. Work was done punctually, efficiently and thoroughly. They were very friendly and professional and completely met and exceeded my expectations. Will definitely use them again.

There was one particular spot that I have had for some time that kept coming back after it was cleaned and it is now gone!

Brad was really put to the test, cleaning two off-white wool area rugs that had experienced the trifecta of dog messes - urine, vomit and diarrhea. Unbelievably, Brad worked his magic and restored the rugs to near new shape. This is the second time Finesse has come to the rescue and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. They are very customer driven and professional, and I give them my highest recommendation!

Finesse is run by Brad and his wife, Amanda. Amanda took a personal interest in the work I needed done; Brad came out and made it perfect. I was completely redoing my guest bedroom, and the carpet was so dirty and dingy I had looked into replacing it. Brad brought that carpet back to its original color so well that I would now not consider replacing it. I had also spilled facial wax on my bathroom tile floor and could NOT get it up. Brad got it all off, the colored grout even looks new. Finesse is now the only place I'll go for floor needs. Interestingly, I found them on Angie's List - I guess Angie knows her stuff! I could not be more please.

Far exceeded my expectations. I have had this carpet cleaned three times before over the last ten years and it has never looked as good as it does now. There were stains and track-off marks that had never come out before. The carpet looks new! Also, he gave me an estimated time of arrival and said he would call 30 minutes ahead of time. He was early, and did call. A great courtesy! I absolutely, totally and wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Service call was prompt and even early (which is great). Cleaned one sofa completely and spot treated another as my cat peed on it. The couch looks so much better and smells fresh after cleaning (it's been a while). Thank you for your prompt service. Brad is fantastic and very professional. He even gave me a little of the deodorizer in case there were any future incidents.

Did a good job of cleaning the carpet. Frankly, the carpet was not that dirty - since we get it done quite frequently & we do not have pets. My wife likes to get the carpet cleaned regularly - to get the "fresh carpet" feel. And it does feel fresh after the cleaning. He came on time as scheduled & went about his professional way to clean. I did ask for Gold service - where they will do the furniture moving & putting them back. On 2 rooms there were not that many furniture and knick-knack items - so I moved them. Brad noticed that and on his own commented that he will charge silver service price for 2 rooms and gold service for the other 2 rooms - which was nice. One bathroom has a small carpet area - Brad cleaned that area without any charge. I was impressed with these type of small but important details. The price is reasonable & I will engage them in future.

It was a pleasure dealing with Brad and Amanda as they were both very professional. My husband and I had just purchased our home and the carpets were fairly soiled from the use of propane heat. There was a black film along the walls in the upstairs bedrooms, especially in the closets. Brad said he would do his best but couldn't make any promises since he didn't know how long it had been since the carpets had been cleaned. Although he was unable to get all of the residue out of the closets, the main rooms themselves looked great. I was very pleased with their service and will use them again in the future.

Amanda and Brad were both great. Easy to work with and listened to my concerns about some OLD pet stains that the last carpet cleaner could not remove. I told Brad I did not expect miracles and knew he was not a magician but when he was done it was hard to tell where a lot of those stains had been. For carpet that is 14 years old it looked GREAT! From now on I know just the right person to call if I need carpets cleaned.

Communication was great. This was a very old carpet so I was not expecting miracles but other than some very worn areas, the carpet looks brand new. I would definitely recommend them to friends and would use them again.
