Brad arrived on time, always prompt and cheerful. He did a great job and interacts with my grand children when they are here. I have been using Finesse for several years and I am always satisfied.

This is the second time we have used Finesse, and both times we have been incredibly pleased. Great work, very friendly, good availability - offers great tips on maintaining our carpet in between cleanings. We have two dogs, so getting the carpets clean and smelling good is a must, and Finesse does both extremely well! Sometime difficult to reach via phone, but keep calling - their service is worth it!! We'll use Finesse everytime!!

We had recently completed an interior renovation and our carpets needed to be deep cleaned afterwards. I had used other carpet companies in the past and was sure glad to have found Finesse...they were a little pricier than other cleaners but the professionalism and quality was top notch and definitely made it worth the few extra dollars. I will be using them again this winter.

The appointment was set right away and the service provider arrived promptly. The carpet was cleaned well and met our expectations.

Amanda Fenstermaker, co-owner, called the very next day after receiving my email to give me an estimate and schedule the work. My 81-year-old mother was at the house while Brad cleaned the carpets. I especially appreciate his kindness toward her. He was friendly, thorough and charged exactly what was estimated. I would absolutely use Finesse again.

Their service is a notch above other carpet cleaners because they care and want to get it right. This was demonstrated by the questions they asked up front and the feedback they gave after cleaning. This was important to me since I could not be on sight when they cleaned. It's your hometown kind of carpet cleaner that gives you more personal service and attention to detail. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Brad did a great job! The 2 rooms were carefully and effectively cleaned. No remaining soil marks and everything was dry by the next morning. He arrived right on schedule. Called an hour ahead to confirm. His wife, Amanda, had sent us an email the day before with things to do before he got here along with a full detailed invoice. With respect to our 2 Masland area rugs Brad first moved them out into the garage, sprayed them with the pre-clean solution, and used a professional electric scrubber to work the solution into the rug. He then used the hot water (steam) extraction device, brushed the pile, and moved the rugs, with their mats, back into the house. Overall, job well done... and at a fair price.

Brad was on time and I was able to allow him to come i and do the job while I was at work. I left my number for him to call if he did and a note. Everything was safe. He locked up the house and left everyon in the great slaps and the carpet looked awesome.

I was expecting a disappointing experience - I've never heard anyone say anything good about getting the carpets cleaned - but I was pleasantly surprised. Brad and Amanda were both very nice, and Brad was on time (early, actually - and he did call ahead) to the appointment and was careful with his equipment. Many stains that I thought were hopeless were gone and the carpets looked great. Very little inconvenience to us. Both Brad and Amanda were patient with our questions and made sure we knew what to expect both before and after the cleaning.

I spent $150 or $200. I have used them for several years and they are awesome. They are very knowledgeable and very highly recommended around the town. I talked to the companies that sold very high quality rugs and carpet and they would always recommend them. I don't think that their price is outrageous at all.

All went well. Brad did a very thorough cleaning job on our carpet, stairs and soft. This was the best service we have had during our past 22 years living in this area.

We had recently moved in a previously owned home. Even though the carpet looked okay, I wanted it cleaned. Finesse gave a fair quote verbally over the phone according to my descriptions of the room sizes. After he came to my home and actually looked at the the rooms, the price remained the same. He also explained before he began work of possible problem areas. We agreed and he began working. Finesses was very professional, very kind, and he took measures to ensure none of the walls or corners were scratched by his equipment. I highly recommend Finesses carpets and will call upon them again.
