The work was very well done. The workers were polite and kept us informed of what they were doing. Before they left they wanted to make sure we were satisfied.

ECS responded quickly and had a quote the same day. The office, site inspector, and roofers that did the job were all pleasant, and professional. The work and service quality given me by all of them was outstanding!!! I now have a new roof I know will last me 50 plus years. They also cleaned up everything and left me with a clean work site and professionally installed roof. I can not thank everyone at ECS enough. Very highly recommend them.

The office staff was wonderful. We kept in touch throughout the entire project . The crew was very personable and at the close of each day they cleaned up the site nicely. Would we use them again?... Absolutely! We are talking with them for possibly working on a rental home.

Great. A couple of phone calls and I was scheduled for the repair and Survey to add Leaf Guards . Expected a couple of weeks to see a crew but only a week later and I had the Guards installed.

Amazing and quality work. Assistance to cover the damaged roof until an insurance inspector came, and the house completely roofed in one day. From the moment that I called Mr. Hosford, no request went unanswered. My situation was drastic and urgent. I was advised on appropriate equipment rental, local regulations and was assured the equipment would be delivered. When extra equipment was needed the entire staff was kind and courteous through a very difficult situation. Allowances were made in scheduling and price. Extra staff was on hand to help finish the job and to be ready to assist further. I felt as if I was the only client that they had over a five day period. Brenda and Robert (the owner) contacted me several times during the day to offer solutions that I could do by myself to improve the problem until further plans can be determined. ECS recently installed new siding, shutters, doors and porch railing. There were some delays due to the holidays, but I am very pleased with the result. The service I received was exemplary. Any concern I had was addressed very quickly and to my satisfaction. My primary contact was Elisa and she was amazing.

Incredible group of people to work with!!! They replaced my rotten soffit and fascia, installed new guttering and painted entire surface. Even working in direct sunlight, and extremely high temperatures, they took their time to make sure every aspect of the job was done correctly and every problem that I had was repaired. As impressed as I was with the quality of their work and work ethic, I was just as impressed with the job site upon completion. There wasn’t a nail, sliver of wood or even scraped paint chip left when they finished. During the entire process, they worked flawlessly as a team and as one part of the job was finished, someone else followed with the next portion of the job. I highly recommend all of these people and would like to give a HUGE shout-out to Robert, Brenda and Danielle for putting up with my endless, and probably silly, questions!
