+ -1 moreI just had a technician came to the house because my garage door was not functioning correctly. His name is Tim. I must say, Tim was extremely professional and proficiently assessed and fixed the issue. In addition, he was courteous and took the time to explain what he was doing. I have never used Door Pro Garage Doors before but will definitely use them again for any future repair or new installation. The owner should be very happy and lucky to have Tim on the team. Description of Work: We converted a carport into an enclosed garage. Door Pro installed the garage door. They were recommended to us by a contractor. Our experience has not been good. Our door is now giving us issues by not opening or closing when we use the master control on the wall. We have made repeated calls to get service and to date our calls have not been returned.
