Description of Work: My sprinkler system needed adjustment and several sprinkler heads needed to be replaced. My "vendor" did not show up after numerous calls. Backflow came over the same day I called and fixed everything! They will be my primary "go to" from now on. Great job and good price for what they did.

+ -1 moreI have used this company for my yearly backflow testing for three years now. This year I had to call a couple of times to actually get in touch with someone. Left messages, but nobody called me back. Third time I called, I finally got a person. Lady was very nice and said she would have someone call when they were in the Signal Mountain area. One or two days later one of their people called to let me know he was on his way to house for inspection. Man was very nice. He remembered house from inspection last year. Inspection last year was done when I was at work (which was convenient because I didn't need to be home). I received copy of inspection and bill in mail less than week later. This company also sends information directly to city so I don't have to deal with it. I had compared prices of different backflow inspectors, and this company definitely had one of the best prices around. Yes it took a couple of phone calls....but people are nice, no hassles, don't need to be home, they send info to city, and best prices around. I will be using them again next year and would highly recommend them.
