I will have several conversations with him as we proceed with the project. At this time, I can only speak to his professionalism and his helpfulness, which was very good.

+ -1 moreThe furniture I ordered on-line from a company based in California was damaged in shipping. That company contacted Robert Kelly at Restoration Ltd. He contacted me even before I was notified to expect his call. We spoke several times until he was able to finalize the contract with the other company. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He came out to look at the furniture within days. He wasn't sure there was much that could be done but was willing to try and took them back to his shop that day - Tuesday. On Friday I got a call saying he had finished them (several days earlier than expected). He delivered them on Saturday and they were great! If you didn't know where to look you wouldn't be able to see that a repair had been done. If anyone in the greater Savannah area needs furniture repairs call Restoration Ltd.
