ELLIOTT'S LANDSCAPE

I see this company's advertisements frequently and figured I'd give them a call when I needed a medium-sized landscaping job done at my home. First, I requested a quote on their website. They ignored me. Then I called to request a quote. The woman on the phone said the company will not accept residential jobs. I found this pretty disappointing since their advertising never specified that. Furthermore, I find that hard to believe since their website actually says that homeowners who "dream of taking their weekends back and not having to spend them maintaining the lawn and landscaping" should call Elliot's Landscaping. That is exactly what I did, and they refused to even give me a quote. They probably should revamp their website to reflect the fact that they will not help homeowners -- instead of INVITING homeowners to contact them for a quote! Don't waste your time unless you have a commercial job.
