Excellent in every category. Responded immediately to a request to quote. . We approved quote on Wednesday evening, brought home the water heater on Friday and was installed first thing today, Monday. Completed install and no issues and the old heater was from the 70s. Converted out the old copper piping too. Thank you to Paul and assistant, Jason. Job well done.

Paul at Captain's Plumbing responded to a message sent through Angie's List, asking for a quote on replacing a defective water heater. He was very responsive, professional, timely and detailed in his quote. His quote was a little bit higher than the vendor we ended up using but, in the interest of full disclosure, that vendor had a less experienced estimator not charging us to the full scope of the job; otherwise, it is likely that Paul would have been very much aligned in prcing. I would recommend this Captain's Plumbing.

Description of Work: Paul installed a bidet and repaired defective plumbing. He also took the time to explain our tankless water heater. He was professional, efficient and knowledgeable about plumbing. Would definitely recommend him and/or use him again.

Job well done!
Description of Work: After several slab leaks, we decided to replumb our whole house. We had worked with Paul at Captain's plumbing (Master Plumber) several times for odd plumbing needs, and had him give us a quote, along with two other master plumbers. Captain's plumbing was a fair price, and we felt comfortable rehiring him due to the work he has done and the time he has spent in our home. He has been in my home for several days now, and has had very nice manners, and sticks to getting the job done. I have always been happy with his work and his customer service and would feel fine recommending him to any of my real estate clients.
