Blue Ribbon Floor Care

At first we were pleased with the cleaning provided, but a couple weeks later we received complaints from our renters that the carpet smelled moldy and they got a bunch of black stuff out of it with their own carpet cleaner. When we left, the carpet was still wet, and what we think happened was the suction on the machine was so strong, it pulled up all of the water from the carpet (because it literally lifted the carpet partially off of the floor), but did not get the liquid in the matting below the carpet (again, because the carpet was lifted off of the matt). So basically, the water remained in the matting and was never suctioned out. Luckily, we have Amazing renters, and once they went over it with their own carpet cleaner, there were no more problems. We recently just visited them and the carpet looks amazing. Normally we would think maybe something just got missed, but because my husband saw the carpet literally suctioned up away from the matting, he concluded he thinks that is what happened...I would normally doubt our renters account, but they have probably taken better care of the house than we did when we lived in it, so I do not think they would give us in-nacurate information, and since the carpet was soaking wet even when we left, and our renters told us it didn't feel dry for several days after they moved in, we believe that is what happened. Otherwise, this couple was a great couple--we initially thought we were pleased with the cleaning service they provided, but they may want to check on the suction issue as it may happen again to others--thought they might like to know about it.

These Guys were great. Same day service, came on time and reasonably priced. My carpets looked like new when finished, a little wet though but thats to be expected,especially with Berber carpet. i would recommend this company to a friend.

I found these guys through a google search for my area. They were friendly and professional and were able to get to me right away. I also liked that they were able to give me a price right over the phone. They did the work today, and they were RIGHT on time and extremely efficient. I had them clean the carpets in our rental house, and the carpets were in pretty rough shape thanks to deadbeat tenants and their pets and kids. They got out all of the stains and deodorized the house and I could not have been happier with the work. It was a husband and wife team that came to do the work, and I was so happy with the results. I'd definitely recommend these guys to anyone in the Rincon/Springfield/Pooler area that needs carpet cleaning.
