They did excellent work! Cleaned the many different surfaces on the exterior of our home, including the roof, safely and completely. Made our house look new. They were responsive and punctual. Recommend very highly.

Mr. Walker did an excellent job cleaning my exterior. I expressed concern to be extra careful with a vine I have growing on my courtyard wall, as well as other plants in my courtyard. He flushed them with water prior to and after cleaning. However, I have boxwoods that are dead, next to my house, on the street side. Hence this is the C grade on Quality. I will have to replace them.

This is my second year using Roger's services and all I can say is if you are not using him to pressure wash your home and other items, then you're not getting the best. This man is super friendly, and does a job for a price that can't be beat.

Rodger Walker was prompt, courteous and professional. He charged $315 for everything, and even moved the furniture, washed it down, then put it back. He used an industrial scrubber on the concrete. I think he is competitively priced, and I would hire him again.

I think I’ve used him twice and he’s excellent. A thorough pressure washing and the house is 4,000 square feet. It took one gentleman, Mr. Walker. I think he had an assistant that day, sometimes his son helps him. So, we’re going to say just one or two. It was 2 on that day, now that I recall.

Rodger was booked 3 weeks in advance but he is well worth it. Rodger did an exceptional job at a fair price. We would use him again.

Mr. Walker was very responsive to my need of his service for the moment I first contacted him. I spoke with his wife and he called me back within minutes of my initial call. He was very busy and could not do the job I needed for about 3 weeks, but did get me scheduled for his first open date and said that if he had any opportunity to do the job earlier that I would be contacted. He did call me on the morning he was to arrive just to let me know he was running a few minutes late. I was astonished after showing him the entirety of the job at his price. I was about half of what I had expected. He got right to work and the did an excellent job. I plan to use his services on a yearly basis from hence forth. I would highly recommend him and even if you have to wait a bit he is well worth it.

House looks amazing! This is the second time we've used Rodger and will for certain be using him again in the future, annually. Rodger does a top notch professional job at probably the most competitive price in the area. Super friendly guy and treats his home like it were his own. His work was over $1,000 less that what was quoted by another contractor in the area, and that is no exaggeration. This man his his business put together and will get it done right. Exceeded expectations. Timely, Roger and son got in, did work with good attn to detail, and got out. Roger noticed a spot not to his satisfaction and fired up the p washer for an add to 10 minutes at the end. Screened back porch is as clean as when it was built, and it was really dirty in corners. Not now. Very very satisfied. First time I have not done things myself, and it won't be the last.

Mr. Walker arrived about 1-1/2 hours late because his previous job ran long due to a last minute addition of scope; but, he did call to alert me that he would be late. Once on site, Mr. Walker did a excellent job of cleaning with great attention to detail. In addition, Mr. Walker is very friendly and very professional. His price was somewhat higher than I paid in the past to other pressure washer contractors, but still within the range that I consider acceptable and he did a better job than the previous contractors. He seriously wants to have his customer 100% satisfied. I highly recommend him.

I happened to be home, so I saw the extra attention he gave to my house, moving items so they wouldn't get damaged, and taking care of the plants. The job he did was excellent, I don't even recognize the house now! Very pleased.

Mr. Walker was extremely professional, friendly, polite, and fair when providing his estimate, and was very punctual when returning calls or showing up at my house as scheduled. Mr. Walker responded promptly to my inquiry on Angie's List. He arrived on time, both for the estimate and the job. His work was excellent! I'm very pleased with the way the house looks today! Mr. Walker quoted me a fair price, and then delivered beyond our expectations. He actually cleaned some walkways and deck furniture that were not a part of the work scope! We will definitely call him again!

I am not even where to start with this review..... The work that Mr. Walker performed was nothing short of incredible!! The job I sought him out for was to pressure wash my entire pale yellow and white stucco home. The second story cutout on the back had accumulated some green algae and the shingles had started to splash on the sides leaving them black as well. The stains were all removed and the whole house was almost glowing when he was complete!! Our back patio has a tile floor and teak wood paneling on the ceiling. He took extra care in cleaning this area, moved everything away from the walls and furniture and then put it all back. In addition to the awesome work he performed, he was very quick to show up after I called him for a quote (the same day) and then came out to do the job two days later. He was complete with the pressure washing and driving away within less than three hours!! I will continue to have Mr. Walker take care of our home in the years to come!!

Excellent from start to finish. I left a message for Mr. Walker who stopped by the next business day to provide an estimate. We agreed on a date for the work to be done. He showed up at the time we agreed and completed the work in a very thorough, meticulous manner. The walls look better now than the day we moved into our home 8 years ago! Very professional. I would highly recommend this provider to anyone.
