Description of Work: Corrected a French drain and pull out three bushes, roots was the issue.

Description of Work: Cleaned out the septic tank

Description of Work: We called Mr. Parker because we had an overflowing Septic tank. He asked if we had any leaks in the house, specifically the toilets. I said no, not to my knowledge. He asked if he could come in a check. He put plastic bags on his feet so as not to track in the house. To our dismay he found a leak in both of our Toilets. One in particular was a constant flow of water from the tank that was filling our Septic tank with water. He fixed the problem and suggested we wait to see if this would correct itself. In a week we saw that the drain field was still not working properly so we had him come back out and pump the drain field. He followed up on his own a few days later and made another adjustment to allow more air to get into the system. We are very satisfied with his service and his persistence. I feel that he truly tried to remedy our problem using the least amount of cost to us. He is a very honest and genuine guy. I will definitely call him again if we run into any problems.
