Every time I have a problem I just send Mike a text and it gets taken care of. He does an excellent job! I have used him on my first and now second home as well as my car lot business. I will definitely recommend him and absolutely use him, again.

I was unhappy with them. They came and never finished the job.

Mr. Crane responded to my email and set up an appointment to see the property on May 30th, but he never showed up. That night, he sent an email apologizing for the miss and offered to come over the next day (May 31). I replied that this would be fine. He missed that one too, again without any contact to let me know he wasn't coming. On June 2nd he sent another apology. I replied offering another appointment on June 3rd and received no reply. Late that day he wrote to say he would come at any time I wanted on Thursday, June 5. I wrote back confirming an appointment at 8:30-9 am on Thursday. Again, he failed to show; instead, I got a message that evening saying he would come the next morning. At that point I told him not to come and not to contact me again. He did send yet another apology but by that time I was in no mood. I would not hire this company for anything!

Mr. Crane, the owner, would never return a phone call, and would not call me when I repeatedly left my cell phone number for him to call me to discuss the job I wished hm to do. All our conversations were carried out via email, so it was difficult to catch up with him in a reasonable amount of time. He agreed to meet me and i stayed home from work to meet him. It was raining off and on, so he called and asked to reschedule because his other lawn jobs were running behind. We agreed that he would come the next day ( a Friday) to at least quote me for the pinestraw, if it was too wet to assess the irrigation system. He contacted me later that day about 2 Pm, saying that he had been rained out where he was working and so had gone home for the day. No explanation why he hadn't gone to my home to determine how much pine straw was needed. The following week on Tuesday, I sent the owner an email asking if he had come by during the week to estimate for the pine straw. He did not answer that email yet and today is Sunday. Obviously this gentleman has done good work in the past based on the 4 reviews on Angie's list, but he is far too busy now to provide good customer service in a reasonable time frame.

Mike's Lawn service, now billed by U.S. Lawns in Hinesville, GA, I've used now for over 1-year. Very high quality quick work. Worth the $55/cut. I've used them also for shrubbery and bush trimming and other yard work. These guys are fairly priced and do professional work.

They do a good job and I am really happy with them. They get it done quick and it always looks really good when they are done.

They're a very good company to work with. The yard always looks so great every time he's done. He tries to treat peoples' yards like his yard and really does a good job. The price is very reasonable. I've recommended them to a lot of people.
