Description of Work: This is the most unprofessional realtor company I have ever been with in ALL my life. Realtor got me to sign a lease on a rental property under false pretenses; then told me afterwards there was a roach infestation issue. I was continuously told not to worry the landlord would set-up a contact for routine sprays. One day I realized my house had not been sprayed in over two months because the Realtor canceled my pest contact without notifying us. We were told by the pest company initially that because the property was never maintain properly prior to us moving in, it would possibly have an infestation issue which needed to be under control regularly. I put in a recent request for a maintenance spray, and was never contracted within the business day from the REMAX office at all! I call right at the COB to inquire about the issue I submitted at about 6:30 a.m., and was told we'll get on this soon! I have never been late on my rent, never caused any damages, never made any trouble except follow my lease agreement---- which from almost day one REMAX was in direct violation of legally and I was told by the JAG office on Fort Stewart who read over my contract and saw my complaints--- and told me REMAX canceled out their own contact from the beginning when they broke several of their own rules. I have placed other work others such as: a simple leaky sink which needed the rubber replaced. The Realtor sent out one of the most unprofessional, rude, and unprompt 'maintenance' guys he could find 3 times to the rental property and my sink is still slowly leaking. The landlord owed me $50.00 for cutting down the limbs off a tree on top of the roof that kept beating down on the roof making it inconvenient to live in (which they promised they would always upkeep and maintain safety outside the residence...) It was so unsafe outside my rental Georgia Power had to come out and cut down tree limbs that had grew into the power lines. I begged REMAX for almost a year to take care of these safety issues, and even spoke to a manager, and nothing was done until a year later.... which is also when they finally paid me back my $50.00 a year later. Horrible customer service, and even worst customer care! We are military and always moving, and this was by far the worst of the worst living experience we have had here outside of Fort Stewart!
