Nothing happened. Never gpheard from them. Had to do the work and ur sleeves and it looked like it. Very disappointed as thus company had received good reviews I'm the past.
Description of Work: We called the provider and told the, we were putting out house in the market. Described the construction and painting we needed done the secretary was thrilled when she asked about how,we learned about them and I answered Angie's list. She said she would have the tech 'Mr. Mock' call us. We never heard from him gave up,,

Alan Mock Construction is the best. They have done several decent sized renovation / repair projects for me this year, and I just can't say enough how well they have done. Their prices are reasonable and they really stick to their price. I have had nearly every contractor in the past come up with random "change orders" whenever they need money, so its great getting a fixed price for once. They don't cost much more than "a guy" doing handyman work, but you get so much more. The company is great to deal with, they always answer the phone, emails, etc, and communicate really well. Finally, they work very quickly. Once they start on a job they get in there and get it done. I've never had to call back on any issues with their work, but they assure me anything I am unhappy with to let them know and they will make it right. Great work ethic, and great attitude. Very happy to have found them.
Description of Work: Rebuilt balcony on historic home, replaced metal roof on 1930's guest house, repaired extreme termite and water damage in roof framing over garage apartment.
