Description of Work: I've had several (different) issues with my AC, and AcePro is always who I call. Every time they show up right when they say they will, are very polite and professional. They have worked very hard in trying to help me with my situation. I think every person who works here has been at my house at one point or another in trying to help. After an issue is resolved, they even call a few days later to make sure that things are still working and I am satisfied. Their prices are very reasonable. Their customer service is some of the best I have received it years. That and their honesty is what has me calling them every time I need HVAC service or repairs. I would definitely recommend calling them!

Description of Work: They cleaned my A/C unit inside and outside and confirmed that everything was in working order. I felt confident that our service was well worth it. They will come twice a year for an upcharge which was reasonable.

Description of Work: Repaired gas furnace. Called to let me know when he was was on the way. Let me know when I first called the price of the service since it was Saturday. Arrived on time. Fixed the furnace in about 20 minutes. Everyone I talked to was friendly and professional. Jamie, the technician who came out to the house was very professional and explained to me exactly what the problem was.

Description of Work: Our A/C went out during one of the hottest weeks this year so far in Savannah. AcePro came out (on a Saturday) and diagnosed the problem and by the following Wednesday, we had a new unit up and running. These guys stayed in constant contact, updating us with expected delivery of the unit (had to be ordered and shipped) and installation dates.

Description of Work: Jose is phenomenal!! Bottom line he saved us $500! We live in Atlanta and rent a home in Savannah. The A/C went out and we got a quote for $1,000 to fix it with the coil and compressor on warrenty so just labor. We decided to get a second opinion and I'm so glad we did! We found Ace Pro - Jose- on Angies list and gave him a call. he was great on the phone and listened to all our concerns. It was very frustrating for my husband who could not check out the situation for himself. Jose gave us an estimate of $540 to fix the coil and he said he didn't think the compressor needed replacing. Also, he somehow checked the warrenties on the units and they still had five more years on them. If he changed the compressor it would only come with a one year warrenty. But if he didn't change it and it still worked we would have five more years on the original warrenty so he advised not changing it right away to preserve the extended warrenty and why do unneeded work. He is so honest. Got out there the next day - had the parts in stock and fixed it in one day. The tenant was so greatful to have the a/c back!! We were so grateful to only pay for what was needed and have it done quickly and professionally. The A/C is working great and so is the non replaced compressor with warrenty intact! Jose is now our go to guy for all our heating and A/C needs. Talk about customer service!! You can't go wrong here. Best Michele Wagner
