Very well! He vacuumed the coils & checked temps. Jury is still out though, due to the age of the appliance (42+ yrs) & possible closed system damage... Checking temps again in 1-2 days. Russell was very helpful & informative!

It went fine, first day he diagnosed the problem. The Defrosting Heating assembly hat to be purchased so he return when he had it and installed it and fully defrosted the unit including the colling grill. He clean and reassembled grill panel shield and and shelving when done freezer inside looked like a new unit. It was well worth the cost and included warrant on part, I would hire him if anything else goes wrong.

Absolutely fantastic! My mother has been trying for months to purchase a new electronic oven. Finally got that task completed. Needed someone to install the oven. Mr Appliance is the definitely the right company to contact. They asked all the right questions to ensure that the job was completed without delay. Arrived at scheduled time window. Awesome work.

I was contacted by the company immediately after submitting my request to Angie’s List. They set up the appointment for the next day and sent me a confirming text, including the repairman’s name and his picture. They came on Friday morning, examined the ice maker and determined it needed to be replaced. I was told they would order it and come on Monday morning to install it. I was notified Monday morning by text message what time frame they would be here. Again I was given a name and picture of the repair man and he arrived early. I was satisfied with everything and will use both Angie’s List and Mr. Appliance again.
