+ 0 moreThe crew arrived early and some removed shrubs while another moved mulch for us. I waited for three weeks to get the project done. There were excuses as to why they weren't here when they said they would be. I realize ours was a minor job compared to removing large trees; however, a phone call from the company would have been a considerable thing to do. When they arrived early on the day of the job, everything went smoothly and now we can proceed to improve our yard.

They were great about showing up on time, providing a comprehensive estimate electronically and completing the job even faster than they anticipated. Every member of Gray's team has 9+ years of experience removing trees and it shows. They made it look easy and we could not be happier with the results. They also were very thorough with stump grinding and made sure that they didn't miss a single stump. We will always use Prestige for our tree service!

+ -1 moreTook a lot longer than promised, although weather played a little into it but not totally. Was promised that would be little if any damage to my yard more than once and not only was it a mess, they damaged my neighbor's yard and were not even supposed to be there. Clean up was poor, and they were more concerned and told me that their crew need work so I believe they did the work when it was to wet which I mentioned. They did stump grinding and one area I was promised they would clear roots too and not even close, having to pay another company to do it right. In my opinion don't believe everything they tell you.

+ -1 moreThey were very responsive to my phone calls, the work was done in an efficient neat manner, no mess was left behind. They called out the utility company to mark the lines before they did the stump grinding. I could not have asked for a better experience.
Description of Work: I had an overgrown Bradford Pear tree that needed to be removed as well as having the stump grind down.

+ -1 moreWhile they charged top dollar, they did a half-a$$ed job in my opinion. Many of the trees weren't cut flush to the ground, they left other saplings, they didn't adequately trim a tree near the chimney, and they wouldn't grind stumps unless I paid more money. On the plus side, they were prompt, friendly, and they brought a good-sized crew.
Description of Work: I needed some privet taken down, ivy cut from some other trees, some trimming, and hedges removed.

I have used Prestiege Tree for several years now. They are not necessarily the cheapest, but you always get what you pay for. They are on time, professional, and I have never been disappointed with any of the work they have done for me. I highly recommend Prestiege Tree Service!
Description of Work: I needed a dead tree taken down in very close proximity to other mature landscaping, flowers, etc. I am a dedicated flower gardener and am pretty particular about my yard... and who I let perform work in it.

+ -1 moreDamon was out the next day to give us an estimate. We not only chose him for the price but also for his professionalism and knowledge. He offered to trim up the other 2 trees at the same time. His crew showed up and went right to work. This was a huge tree and within 1 hour and 15 minutes in was down, chipped up and no longer a danger to our house. The crew cleaned up the entire area when they were done. Daman came out a few days later and ground up the stump and you would never know the tree was there. I would highly recommend Damon and his crew for any joy and we will call them again for other services.
Description of Work: We had a wild cherry tree next to our home between 2 other trees that needed to be removed as we noticed it had died this spring.

Description of Work: I have used Prestige twice and each time they did an EXCELLENT job. First time was to remove a huge bald cypress in our front gardens which was in between a retaining wall, and a stone based light post. They were so i credibly careful, and not one other surrounding plant was damaged, or any structures surrounding the tree. The second time I had 15 trees taken down in my backyard that were extremely large, and several were diseased. They showed up on time, worked from 7:30 am until 9 pm. Joshua knows trees. They take precautions, do the job safely, are always on time as promised, and professional! Great company and I would recommend them to anyone. My neighbor has used them as well and was quite pleased. Fair prices, and a job well done.

+ -1 moreThey did an excellent job. The bald cypress was located next to a stone retaining wall, and light posts, lush landscaping in our front yard. I couldn't be more pleased with the excellent work. They were so careful of the two lamp posts, retaining wall, and landscaping. They removed all the debris in the yard, and street. They hand carried each huge piece out to their truck. No large equipment was used, and no damage whatsoever to even one plant. I would highly recommend Prestige and will certainly use them again. Excellent job. Joshua and his tema were very polite and courteous. They even removed another small tree next to the pine at no charge.
Description of Work: Prestige Tree Service removed a Bald Cypress (monstrous size in my front gardens), and a large pine on our property line next to a fence.

The Prestige crew removed the tree without damage to the surrounding landscape - a tribute to their skill and professional attitude. Their cleanup was complete. I have a lot of trees and when more work is needed I will call them first.

+ -1 moreIt was excellent. They not only gave us a terrific price but really did a first class job. We've got a wood sheer and it was important that the trees got dropped in the right spot. They did what they said they were going to and at a good price. They came when they said they wre going to come and cleaned up. Everybody else seemed about 40% more expensive than these guys.

He came out the same day we called and gave us a free estimate for the cutting down tree after determining it could not be saved. He sent his team out the next week and within minutes, the tree was safely down. They cleaned the site and took away the debris. The staff was on-time, professional, knowledgeable, and just all-around great guys. The tree was growing between two houses and could have been a very dangerous situation. Thank you so much Prestige Tree and Damon!

+ -1 moreAfter some initial difficulty in getting them pinned down to a starting date, everything went very smoothly. It was a difficult location because it's hard to get a large truck into our back yard, but they were able to get the tree completely removed in two days and grind the stump on the third day. They cleaned up after themselves very well and nothing else was damaged during the removal of the tree. Once they started the job, they were on-time, courteous and professional. Without the initial frustration, they'd be a solid 'A', and we will definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Prestige removed a very large dead pine tree (160 foot tall, approximately 5 feet wide). The job was to remove the entire tree and grind the stump.
