I told him that they were fresh stains from when my wife tried to clean the couch and to do his best. He got done, was paid and tipped too. I looked at the work done and could not check it since the furniture was wet. Since I was was working in the yard that morning I continued to work and later came back in. The furniture was not put back in place and a comforter that he had borrowed was left soaking wet on my wooden floor. Later that evening when the cushions had dried I realised that although the Water stains were gone.The couch cushions and the chaise were as dirty as they were.The 2 chairs were acceptable. The worst part of this experience was when I left him a message that evening he did not bother to even return my call and instead choose to block my number. After repeated calls that went straight to vm the next day. I called from my office and lo behold they picked up. They refused to consider that their work was subpar at best"
