Well, the problem was a dead mouse cooking itself in my unit. They took it outside, and did not even leave it at my home, they took it with them to dispose of. They then did a full service check to make sure all was working as it should. I have 4 foster children all under the age of 3 so it is very important to me that my heat and air works well, and does not cause a fire. I have used Jimmy since I first met him in 2000 when I bought a home to renovate. He put in the new unit there and since then has also put in units for my two rental homes, and he also did my lightning damage repair on one of the rentals. I use no one but him. He is honest and above board.

Well, I have used Jimmy since I moved to the area from South Florida in 2000. He has done several new installs for me on my 3 rental units, he installed the ac in my new home, and he does all of my repairs. That alone should tell you that he is good, and dependable. But, Jimmy is so much more. He cares about his clients and will go the extra mile to help you.
