Hurst Floor Covering

Mr. Hurst called me a week in advance to schedule installation at my home. Two days prior to the agreed upon date, Mr. Hurst called to tell me he had to go out of town and we needed to reschedule for the next week. Okay. I agreed to the following Monday morning. Monday morning, Mr. Hurst called to tell me that his employee who was scheduled to perform the install was at the beach all weekend. And it rained. And today, when they got up to come home, it was beautiful and sunny. And so they stayed at the beach. Can we reschedule for Thursday? Oh, I can tell by your silence you're not happy. (Mr. Hurst is VERY intuitive.) Mr. Hurst told me that he, himself, would come to my house and install my carpet. Which he did forty-five minutes after the time he promised he would be there. Poorly. Of course, he told me that he has 40 years of experience and I should have bought something other than cheap carpet. From one angle, you cannot see the seam too much but from the opposite angle it is plain as day.
