+ -1 moreWorking with Smith Heating and Air was the best contractor experience I have had in a long time. I have a relatively new system installed only three years ago but I was having numerous issues for the past few months. I finally gave up on e company that installed it originally and contacted the manufacturer of the system and based on their recommendation contacted Smith. The tech that arrived (Caleb) was punctual, professional, thorough and very informative. I had a lot of questions, all of which were answered with patience. They identified the cause of the problem as well as other looming issues and arranged for the warrantied parts to be replaced and even discounted their labor because I had had such a difficult time. Again, from a professionalism, price, service point of view one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor. If you need work done in this area, please give these folks a call.
Description of Work: They replaced the coils, sealed duct work, properly installed a sensor and gas line to the furnace, all to fix what had been improperly done by the original contractor.

+ -1 moreCouldn't be happier. It took several hours and involved what looked like some tricky work to run the vent between the floors of the house, but they got it done and also removed the old vent. I'm very happy with the work and they came in right at the quoted price. This is just the latest work they have done for me and they have always done an excellent job.
Description of Work: Our dryer vent was not functioning properly because the builder had installed the wrong kind of vent, so my clothes dryer was not functioning properly. Caleb came out and replaced the dryer vent with the proper vent materials and now my clothes dryer works so much better. Couldn't be happier.

+ -1 moreI have worked with Weldon Smith since 2005 and his son Caleb for the past several years. They have been direct, honest, and a pleasure to work with. They have never missed an appointment or given me any reason not to trust them and I have always felt they have my best interest in mind. Plus, they have kept my 20+ year old system going way past it's prime!
Description of Work: Smith Services provides maintenance for my heating and air conditioning system twice a year and all other service work. Today they performed the regular spring maintenance.

Description of Work: Smith's have taken care of my and my parents' HVAC for years. They replaced my heater in 2001 and are in the process of replacing my air conditioning now. They are always prompt, professional and knowedgeable.
