I had their estimator come out and walk the yard with me and measure where I told him I wanted sod. He sent back a price, which was much cheaper and lower than everyone else. I asked him to come back and re-measure after I put spray paint down just to make sure we were all on the same page and he assured me that he knew what we talked about and his measurements were good and he didn’t need to come back and measure again. They came out to do the job and the “finished product” was far from finished. They were 6-7 pallets too short, so either they are in the business of underbidding in order to get the job, or their estimator just doesn’t know how to do his job and sucks at measuring. The worst part is that they dug up a large portion of my yard knowing that they didn’t have enough sod to cover it, so part of my yard is just left as dirt. I reached out to the owner to ask him to please call me so we could discuss the issue and his response was “I know I’m expecting a check and you are giving the run around on paying us for what we quoted”. He was completely rude and unwilling to even listen to what I had to say and try to come to any sort of agreement. I asked them to at least come back and cover what they dug up and they refused. The only thing they are worried about is getting their money. This picture is what they see as a “completed job”. Absolutely ridiculous!

I was very pleased with them. I would probably use them again. They actually return my calls. They did a great job. I use their website and they called me back. They were affordable and they did a great job. I am going to have them help do some grading in the spring and to help plant some seed in my side yard.
