+ -1 moreThis was a great experience! An entire crew came out right on time, accompanied by LOTS of state-of-the art equipment. These guys really know their business. Expertly and efficiently took down some trees that were dangerously close to my house and trimmed a couple more. They took away every scrap of debris. The men were friendly and courteous, got right to work and were done in less than 4 hours. Their price was exactly as quoted. I have since learned from friends who have used other tree services that this company's prices were very competitive, lower than most. I HIGHLY recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

+ -1 moreHe offered a great price however he never came back to make good on his offer. Our neighbor took care of the overhanging limbs, removed a tree. We still needed the arborist to return to remove 1 tree and could not get him to keep his word on 3 separate occasions......how's that for professionalism. I will not be calling these guys again.
Description of Work: The arborist came to our home. He was knowledgable about trees, friendly, helpful. We requested a quote for trimming several trees that were overhanging in our yard and to remove 2 trees. He also offered to give us a letter to have our neighbors removed the dying trees.

+ -1 moreJohn at Serious Tree Services responded promptly, and came out to give us an estimate. He came back that same week as scheduled with a crew of about seven and the work was completed in less than an hour. They took down the trees, put them through the chipper, and cleaned up all the debris. Another guy came back in a couple of days as promised and ground the stumps and cleaned up nicely. Everyone was very professional. We will definitely call them next year when we plan to have some other trees taken down.

Description of Work: I had 2 extremely tall-but healthy sourghum trees that had never been pruned. Overgrowth was getting to close to the house and attracting bugs.....I also had the remnants of a tree that fell on its own. It was cut down but the stump kept growing into a mini tree. John came out to my house, gave me a fair estimate and asked if I'd like it done that same day. I jumped on the offer.....They pruned/trimmed--removing up to the top third of the trees. They also pulled a holly bush hedge that was overgrowing into my Crape Myrtle tree. The previous home owner planted the two too close to each other. I preferred the ornamental CM and had John pull the hedge. His crew of almost a dozen came out in full force within hours.....with chipper, dump truck, bobcat, etc. It was impressive.

+ -1 moreI called him on Tuesday afternoon. He came by that same day and gave me an estimate. He showed up early the next morning with a crew and they took down the tree. They were professional and quick. They grinded down the stump as well. Now the only thing left is a pile of sawdust. I was very happy with his service.

Description of Work: Removed two large 20" and eight medium trees very close to my house. Used large crane to safely handle sections of trees. Chipped tops and trees I didn't want for firewood. Cut four medium trees into firewood length. Cleaned up everything so there was barely a trace they had been there. Very pleased with price and performance.
