Description of Work: RH did some exterior carpentry for us, installed a door, repaired flooring, pressure washed the outside of our house, and installed vents in the roof.

+ 2 moreMr. Butch Meyer proposed estimate came a month before the job. When the weather improved (temperature and humidity) he sent two crews to perform the repairs with occurred in a three day period. Later, a week or so, the next crew removed the screens from the back porch and pressure wash the house. Next thing the did all the caulking. A week or so later the next crew move to painting, which took two to three days (not clear). There was one complaint on the application of the sealer in the back porch (add on). They had to return to remove again the screens to apply sealant underneath the railings. The job was completed to my satisfaction.
Description of Work: Replace masonite siding with hardie plank siding plus trim on two front dormers replace masonite siding around two garage doors and lower end of back of househouse replace masonite siding on chimney and upper back dormer replace hand rails, two step risers and newel posts on front porch pressure wash and caulk entire house paint two coats Sherwin Williams home exterior apply Sherwin Williams sealer to front and back porch plus a coat of varnish on front door.

Description of Work: Raul's wife came a few weeks ago to give me an estimate on my project. I had on open roof patio constucted last fall. I needed the ceiling caulked,primed and painted and over the seams a 1 to 2 inch trim on inside and outer top. She took pictures and said she understood what my needs were. I was emailed a quote of $425.00. This encluded essembly of a ceiling fan and 4 sunshades. I was to supply the ceiling fan,sunshades, paint and caulking. They were to supply the trim. Raul arrived today to start the job (3/12/11) 20 minutes late. and then said that his wife gave him the incorrect info on the job and that what I wanted him to do for the trim would cost me $200.00 to $250.00 more. I had waited for him for 2 weeks to do the work and he would not honor the price quoted. I told him I was quoted the same price for the job from another company and he told me to take it and he left. I will never use this company again

Description of Work: They helped us with a drainage issue in the backyard of the house. They have done several jobs for us including finishing a remodeling job when the original company walked out on us.

+ 1 moreRH Painting was referred to me by a neighbor. They came out in the morning and I had my estimate by that evening. They were very thorough and walked me through the details of the project. They were on time and work at least 9 hours a day until the project was complete.
Description of Work: RH Painting and Home Improvement painted the exterior of my home. This involved removing old paint, caulking, and priming. They also did some carpentry repairs and pressure washing.

+ 3 moreThis is my second project with RH Painting and I am still very impressed with the quality of their work. They came out and did an estimate on Sunday and began work that Tuesday. They were prompt and professional and completed the job in 1 and 1/2 weeks.
Description of Work: RH Painting & Home Improvement repaired the subfloor in my master bathroom and living room caused by a leak. They also replaced the tile and shower stall in the bathroom. They removed the wallpaper and painted the living room and bathroom.

The work was completed in two days and the company cleaned up very well. Raul was very knowledgeable and thorough and help me select quality materials within my budget. I have recommended this company to all my friends who have investment property and home improvement needs.
Description of Work: RH Painting and Home Improvement repaired water damage to my chimney (practically rebuilt the whole thing) and near gutters. They painted and replaced damage siding as well.
