The service was very good with all of our requested services completed for a fair price. I would highly recommend this firm. Joe was excellent. This was the second time we have used their services.

***TERRIBLE BUSINESS AND HORRIBLE OWNER!!!!!!! RUN QUICK AND DO NOT EVER USE COMPANY!!!!!**** I requested an evaluation a company on Angi's List for my water leak occurring from water irrigation system. Angi's list recommended Rainforest Irrigation company. HUGE MISTAKE! The owner Joe called me back earlier in the morning to tell me his rep was at my home and could see the leak. He asked if I wanted to turn off my main water source and I agreed. He then mentioned he rep would not be able to come back to repair the water leak and it would cost $250 for labor but parts was unknown. He said his rep would not be able to repair the leak until late that evening after he finished he jobs previously scheduled for the day. I asked how long would it be to have the rep return and he said it would at the end of the day around 4 or 5pm. I asked if there were any military discount he could offer since I am a combat disabled veteran and he said surprising "No", then proceed to tell me his is veteran and has a veteran owned business. Yet, didn't believe in offering any discounts what so ever! I did not want to wait until the end of the day to have this water leak repaired plus I wasn't sure Rainforest rep was telling me the truth about the damage and cost of repairs needed to be completed so I reached to another company that was able to come immediately and evaluate and repair the issue. This company was much more intentional and provided outstanding technical support by explaining to me the issues and process of repairs needed to my irrigation system. They even offered me a military discount to the service and did an amazing job! Once I agreed to give the business to the other company and they begun working, I immediately called Rainforest back and leave a message that I agreed to move to another company that could do the job immediately and more efficiently. Joe, the owner called me back and asked if I was going with another company. I told him yes, then he sounded surprised and say his rep was already in route to my home to do the repairs. Now, keep in mind it is now 11am and I was previously told the rep would not come to my home until 4 or 5pm at the end of the day nor did he or the rep call me in advance to say they were in route to my home. He LIED!! He began upset and told me he was charging me a $50 fee to turn off my water. I told him you've got to be kidding and something as easy as turning off water should and does not cost $50 dollars. He was extremely unprofessional and told me I should have let his company do the work. I couldn't believe how nasty he was in his tone and then he said he placed me above other customers to "squezze me in" on his schedule. I asked him how could you have squeezed me in if you were coming at the end of the day after you completed previous jobs with other companies. He said he squezzed me in by coming to my home earlier in the morning. I told him if you truly squeezed me in then you would have agreed to do the repairs first thing in the morning when you came to my home. Yet you had other customers already scheduled. MORE LIES!!! I told him I did not agree to pay a fee as no work was completed. I DO NOT Recommend anyone use this dishonest company that has no integrity and lacks professionalism and does NOT treat customers with dignity or respect. Please RUN FAST and DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS!!!!

Joe, Glen and their team were phenomenal to work with. I recently moved into a new home where the sprinkler system wasn't correctly laid out and fully functional. Glen completed a thorough inspection for free & provided recommendations to fix the system. After planning the work, their team did a phenomenal job updating my system (new controller, all new heads, moved multiple heads, capped off others). Their team was professional, great to work with, and they took very good care of my backyard while fixing the system. Pricing was very fair, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing irrigation installation or repair!

Technician called me promptly after I requested a professional through Angie's list. He was able to come the next day to perform the repairs. He gave me an estimate before beginning work and completed the repairs in two hours. I was satisfied with the quality of the work.

The guys showed up on time (early even) and were professional and got right to work. They knew exactly what they were doing and fixed/replaced 8-10 sprinkler heads in under 1 hour. Excellent job!

He did not show up on time. I waited for almost an hour past the time he set the appointment. When I left he showed up an hour later. I need the work done but I need someone responsible. My time is as valuable as the contractor.

Excellent, the Rainfall owner arrived with 3 workers. They diagnosed the problem as a faulty valve and very old main pipe. They replaced that part of our system and the noise was finally gone. Our previous irrigation service had told us twice that the problem was not their concern as it was not due to the irrigation system. We are very grateful that Rainfall agreed to come and evaluate the problem. We have changed to Rainfall for all our future irrigation maintenance such as winter shutdown.

Rainfall has serviced my irrigation system twice over a period of a year. Each visit was for a different issue. They do an awesome job. Vey customer service oriented, and want to resolve the issue quickly. They are fairly priced and I will continue to work with them exclusively for any irrigation system issues I have.

I contracted with Rainfall Irrigation to install my sprinkler system. I interviewed more than six companies before selecting Joe Terrell and Rainfall. While all companies I interviewed were professional and qualified, I selected Rainfall primarily because of the knowledge, competence, professionalism, and capability demonstrated by Joe. He has been in the business for almost 20 years, has hundreds of installations in his experience, and has the crew and equipment necessary to do the complete job. Whereas a number of companies I interviewed were run by individuals who rented their own heavy equipment (trenchers, trailers, etc) and who did not maintain full-time crews, Joe is substantially invested in his business -- he owns his own equipment, has full-time crew, personally manages each job himself, and trains his crew well. He uses very high quality equipment from Hunter, rather than "standard" Big-Box-Store-type equipment. I observed his crew doing the "little things" that distinguish a truly professional installer from simply one who can get the job done -- for example, all ends of sprinkler piping were taped with duct tape to keep dirt out, prior to joining to other piping; they also used pvc piping cutters, rather than a typical reciprocating saw, which eliminated fibers from the cuts getting into the piping. Joe was extremely flexible to our needs. After having come in and having installed the system prior to installation of the sprinkler heads, we ended up "changing our minds" about the location of some of the planting beds, which necessitated last-minute (and unplanned) changes. It was a pretty significant change, and resulted in Joe's team doing extra work to relocate sprinklers after they had already been set. Joe was very understanding, and very cooperative in making the changes we had requested -- even though it was our error that necessitated them. He was a real professional, he responded to meet our needs, and was a consummate professional. Rainfall was by no means the cheapest supplier -- his estimate came in at the top end of the range of estimates, but was not the highest. His estimate was based on a very real understanding of exactly what our needs were and how the system was to be designed. Some installers quoted simply "$1000 per zone" which sounds great, but is not based on actual needs and system requirements. We ended up installing six zones (three drip lines and three sprinkler zones). Some potential suppliers estimated as few as two-three zones for the same coverage. Some estimated as high as eight zones. I did a fair amount of internet research on how to install sprinklers, and I was relatively prepared to ask potential suppliers how they would accomplish the installation -- the size of the main line and feeder lines, the types of piping, layout of zones, types of sprinkler heads, etc. I would encourage anyone who is considering installation of a sprinkler system to do the same -- it will help you to determine true professional installers from less qualified ones. I have been very pleased with the sprinkler installation from Rainfall. The entire experience was one of professionalism and customer service. I would most highly recommend Joe Terrell and Rainfall Irrigation to anyone in need of a lawn irrigation system.

A++ First class all the way, Joe and his team were Awesome. They even got along with my outside dogs! I've had the system for three weeks and it is incredible. Go with the WiFi!! App is amazing and VERY user friendly. If it rains or rain is expected the regular scheduled watering is aborted. If the temp is high, the app will extend the watering time for each zone. If you have landscapers come in and put down sod and plants and you want to give some extra water to several zones, you just click the zone and your done. You will not be disappointed.

Crew arrived on time and worked quickly. They identified the location of our system's leak, replaced several sprinkler heads, adjusted aiming and distribution for entire system, and walked me through the operation of the timer. Very polite and knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again in the future for irrigation service. Currently considering them for landscape lighting installation.
