Within 2 days, appointment was made, a cost estimate was provided. A team came in with Joseph and assessed the extent of the damage, replaced the deficient parts (valves, pipes, shutoff), and achieved quality work within the timeframe and cost estimates promised. From this time forward, we will certainly ask this company to annually do the preventive maintenance of our system. So, on a 1 to 10 satisfaction rating, it is a definitively a 10.

The 2 techs arrived as scheduled. They were very knowledgable and quickly got oriented to my system without using fancy gadgets. They also checked my system for general issues. All within 1 hour for labor and with reasonable parts cost. Would highly recommend to others.

They give me a two hour window in the morning and arrive on time. After a quick check, their two men crew quickly identify the issue and replace the broken sprinkler. We walked through all other zones and make sure no issue left. They charger $95 an hour + materials., one hour minimum. Very nice service.

Called on a Monday and they had a crew out to my home on Thursday to fix a leaking pipe undergound in one of my zones. Also checked all of my sprinkler heads and re-adjusted some heads prior to leaving. I would highly recommend if you need your system repaired.

The technicians arrived on time. They were professional and knowledgeable They quickly identified the cause of the problem and corrected it. They re-set the program for each zone and went through all of the cycles to ensure that the sprinklers were working. Additinally, they explained to me what they were doing. I saw the water spraying my lawn. :-) The sprinklers were set to run for Mon, Wed and Sat at 5:30 am. Since, they came out on a Wednesday after 5:30 am, the next scheduled time for the sprinklers was that following Saturday May 24th (today). However, the sprinklers did not work. I could not understand why the sprinklers would not work, particularly since they were working when the technicians were at my house. I called the company, left a voice message and within the hour, I received a return call. It was the owner of the company. After explaining the problem to him, the owner said that he would come out and take a look. He noticed that I did not have a battery - saying that without a battery, if there was a power interruption, the battery would keep the settings. Without the battery the settings would be lost. I remembered that there was a power interruption and that must have erased the programs that the technicians put in on Wednesday. The sprinklers are working! :-) My thanks to Rainfall Irrigation , Inc. for having qualified, competent and professional technicians and the owner for coming out on a Saturday to ensure that my sprinklers were working. My thanks, also, to Angie's List for taking the worry out of hiring a contractor. ps: I'm being this detailed because I want to emphasize that not only did Rainfall Irrigation, Inc provide quality work, they also exhibit excellent customer service.

They came and found the problem, fixed it, and had my sprinkler system running within 30 minutes. Chris gave very good advice and reprogrammed the system. They even arrived a little early which I appreciated. I was also only charged for the service call and was able to use my Angie's List %10 off coupon.

I had an emergency situation--a hole in the main line for my irrigation system. Since I was the second owner of the house, I could not find the buried shutoff valve and thought there was none. I spent 5 days without water in the house, trying to fix the main line issue, but it was buried under a tree. I gave up and called Rainfall Irrigation. They carved out time in their completely booked schedule and came out within an hour and a half. An hour later I had water again. I will use them again, for sure. They cared about my predicament and that means a lot.

They were very thorough. They fixed the leaks and tightened the solenoid and the bleeder. They checked all the zones and made adjustments for coverage as needed. They found a bad head and replaced it. Great experience having Chris and his helper work on our system.

We had a leak at the meter on a really cold day. The water was bubbling out and I could see the water bill going through the roof. The water company said it wasn't their responsibilility... I needed to call a sprinkler person. I called all the Angies list folks that said they had emergency service and Rainfall Irrigarion was the only one to call me back on the weekend. I had one other call on Monday but two days too late. If a vendor says emergency service I expect it to be on all 7 days... not just week days. Why else would it be an emergency? Rainfall was polite, professional on responsive in a way that you would expect.... I'd hire them any day of the week.

I called Rainfall Irrigation when sprinkler control valves started leaking after recent freeze. They came out and repaired two control valves and a sprinkler head. They were on-time, professional and thorough. Would hire them again.

From beginning to end this company was extremely professional, prompt and resasonable. Joe first came out to assess the problem. In less than 15 minutes, he found the problem and took the time to explain to me what was happening and what they would need to do. He turned the water line off to give the spot an opportunity to dry out and about a week later, he and one of his technicians came back out to make the repair.

They were very prompt and competent. They came out and accessed the problem quickly. They had to wait a couple of days for the drain to dry because it was very wet near the shut off valve in the yard. The work was fine.

WOW! It is a breath of fresh air to deal with a company that returns yours calls, keeps in contact and was willing to work with my crazy schedule. Brad is amazing. Thank you again. He communicated with me throughout the entry repair process as I was at work. He explained everything in terms I could understand without treating me like I was stupid. My lawn was very wet around two bushes and I believed that I has a line leak. I called Joe at Rainfall and he came out the next morning to inspect the irrigation system. The problem was the red clay soil holding the water and not draining quickly. Joe explained how to correct the problem, which I did with a bag of special garden soil , $7.00 from Home Depot. No more problems. Rainfall is the best company to do business with. It is honest, fair, reliable, and its work is excellent. What is nice that Rainfall did not even charge me for the service call. Joe believes customer satisfaction is important. I only use Rainfall for my irrigation work. Rainfall also does outdoor lighting and I plan to have it do some outside lighting.

This was the first time we hired the company after reading their reviews on Angie’s List. The work was fine. They seemed to know what they were doing and were able to repair the pipe.

Another good experience for me with Rainfall Irrigation -- I've used them before. Very fast response, nice people, good quality of work. I had tree roots around a supply line for one of the zones in my sprinkler system, and they cut away the roots and repaired the line.

Everything went just fine. They just turned it on and made sure everything was working. They were on time and polite.

Joe was thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to find the correct cap for the exposed sprinkler control - even going to Home Depot. I will definetly use them again.

When I called Rainfall Irrigation Inc, they said that they were a week and a half out and then I told them that I had a leak and I was going on Vacation and wondered if there was any chance of them coming out sooner and they called me back and said they could send someone out the very next day, so I was very pleased with them. If you want a can they were a can. They were friendly, professional, efficient, they did an excellent job and I couldn't give them a higher rating. It wasn't a real big job, they reset some of my start pointers and replaced the valve for me and they stopped the lean in perhaps an hour and half. I would highly recommend them and I will have them back later to do some more work for me.

The work was completed in 2 settings. The service was quick and easy and professional. I did seek an additional quote but they came in the best and they used the most up to date irrigation equipment to conserve water. A+++++

Being new to Atlanta, I wanted a lawn irrigation system installed at my newly constructed home. My real estate agent recommended Rainfall. Additionally, I checked Angie's List for reviews. Rainfall provided me the best response to all my questions and the price quoted was also the best. Joe, the owner, supervised all the work and it was performed meticulously. Joe kept me informed of the progress of the installation, since I was out of town during the work. The system works flawlessly and I am very pleased with Rainfall. I am having Joe maintain the system throughout the year, because of the trust I have in his company.
