I spoke to four irrigation companies before selecting Rainfall Irrigation and Joe Terrell. I am thrilled with my decision – and am writing this about 5 weeks after the irrigation was completed and new sod was installed. Joe and his crew were extremely knowledgeable – and mapped out a plan (drip lines, different types of sprinkler heads) to maximize coverage and keeping to a budget. Joe stayed on budget and on time – and was on site with the crew every step of the way. He also was very reachable, before during and after the project for questions and advice (including by text). We are happy we upgraded to allow for us to control our zones and schedule with an app that Joe walked s through. Highly recommend this as well. Can’t recommend this company and Joe highly enough.

Provided an estimate and completed the project with a cost of approximately $50.00 less than estimate - Called the day prior to initiating the work and provided arrival time - The crew arrived a little early and began work on the project - the crew finished the work and left no mess - In fact, where they placed the pipe, underground, for the sprinklers the soil looked as if it had never been disturbed - It was difficult to see where the pipes had been as the disturbance to the grass was too minor - I highly recommend the company as their performance on my project was superb -

The gentlemen arrived on time and evaluated my system. We needed one new rotor and they replaced it for a reasonable cost. They also ensured that the other sprinkler heads were functioning so that all my lawn and plants were getting water. They also did an evaluation on the two systems for our neighborhood HOA and I was pleased with how thorough they were in explaining the issues they found. I will definitely use them in the future.

Joe had to coordinate with Pikes Nursery to install the irrigation where the plants would be and it work perfectly. Joe also installed a web based irrigation controller that is great. However, I have become obsessed with looking at reports on the irrigation controller. The controller measures both the water used for irrigation, and water used for the auto-fill valve on my water feature. The water feature has a large waterfall. When it gets windy outside, I lose a lot of water from the waterfall blowing. I have become obsessed with watching the water consumption to monitor how much water is blowing away. I have even been known to log on when on vacation to see what is going on. The system is really amazing. I cannot recommend Joe highly enough, especially after my experience last year with another generally landscaping contractor who created the leaks that joe repaired for me.

It was not satisfactory. I ended up paying more. I had a problem with it when we got the bill and I asked what was going on so I felt like I needed to have it checked for the leak which was what they were after for the first time. I remember talking with the owner and I asked if he could explain to me what I could have done to cause a better outcome. He had some comment to the effect as well. They said they don't want to try to be pushy selling things. Their whole reason for being out there was if I needed to have something so to me it was to identify it. I try to be open minded which was why when I contacted the owner, I asked what they could have done better to make this a better experience. I don't know how to compare the price. I would have been satisfied if the work had been done properly.

Mr. Terrell and his team were super professional, responsive, and efficient while installing an irrigation system for us. The work was done at a high level, with minimal disruption to our lawn or daily routine. He even was flexible enough to install a wireless next generation controller for our system instead of the standard controller. Will definitely use again for some landscape lighting work we have on tap.

Rainfall Irrigation did a good job installing my new control panel and replaced three system valves. One of the valves was difficult to locate and required significant digging through overgrown juniper bushes and roots to access. They fixed everything as promised and the overall bill was reasonable. They also reviewed and adjusted the rotations of my sprinkler heads. I wish they spent a little more time fine tuning the sprinkler spray patterns too (which is the only reason I rated the service as a B), but I can be a demanding customer and overall they did a great job. I will use Rainfall again and would recommend them.

Joe and his team were excellent. They were there when scheduled and completed the installation in a timely manner. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves.

waThis provider came to our house to give us an estimate/quote for the install of a sprinkler system. We had already received 5 quotes from other companies who informed us it would take 5-6 zones to be installed. We contact Rainfall because they were currently offering deals for sprinkler systems based on the number of zones required. Their price seemed to be aligned with the other companies we already received quotes for so we figured why not get another estimate. They arrived on time and seemed to be very professional when they arrived. Prior to Rainfall leaving our house, we referred them to our neighbor who was also looking to get a sprinkler system installed. Needless to say, we received a quote later that day from Rainfall which required the install of 8 zones (which seems excessive, seeing as though the other 5 companies told us 5-6 zones at the most) at a price of $4,075.00 and would also require the install of a separate water meter. Normally, this would not bother us, we just would not utilize this company. However, the shocking part is our neighbor received a quote from Rainfall as well after being referred to them by us, for 8 zones as well for a price of $3,300 and no water meter install required. How are the prices different when both require 8 zones, This company seems to be excessively overcharging people. I don't know how they received their awards and recognition from Angie's List for excessively overcharging certain people when others are receiving the same service for less.

Found some but not all leaks. They'll need to come back and complete the work.

As usual, very professional, punctual and quality work. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and how long it would take. Very satisfied and will use them again. I have also recommended the company to my neighbor.

After purchasing my house I used this company to replace a dead/non functioning controller and was happy with them then so I called them again when I noticed I have one zone out. Email response was almost immediate, and I want to say I sent them a request on a Sunday. The dispatcher called to confirm address, problem etc. The technician called 15-30 minutes before arriving which was in the window provided. He quickly found and fixed the electrical problem but when the zone was running again he noticed a leak in that zones pipe near the valve. He had all the correct parts/equipment in his truck to fix the leak and the valves electrical problem. It was quick and the communication was good about what he found and what he proposed to do about it. I will use them again if the need arises.

Scheduling was at my convienence. Technician called 10 minutes before appointment to say he was on the way. Technician was knowledgeable and made good sugestions. Work was done quickly and at a fair price. I would use this service again and would recommend it to my friends.

Joe, who runs Rainfall Irrigation was always on time for every appointment. The company did a very professional job in installing my irrigation system on over a half acre lot. They installed sprinklers in the yard and a drip system in the plant beds. There was a week delay waiting for my landscaper to put in the plants in the beds. I had previously paid Rainfall Irrigation in full for the job. I thought, this is the real test of the integrity of the company. Sure enough Rainfall Irrigation passed the test with flying colors. They were out the next day after the beds were in to put in the drip system and finish the job. I have no higher praise than a man that keeps his word at every turn in a business deal.
