Joe Terrell operates a Sprinkler Irrigation System business that demonstrates what a career in military training will do - We asked him to evaluate our recently installed system that was not working efficiently. It was easy to see the difference in his level of experience in the industry. He planned and coordinated the necessary revisions and led his team to create a top-notch properly installed system that puts the water where it is supposed to be; trees, shrubs, flower beds, shade garden and lawn all completed within 2 days. Very responsive in answering all questions, end point clean up to perfection. Plan, coordinate, lead and execute. Good way to run a business, family focused and dependable. No hesitation at all in recommending this company.

Joe and his team did a great job! They even coordinated the installation with the company I had hired to re-work the landscaping of the front and back yard! I added some additional options to the original quote and he was able to meet my requests with no problems at all. Would definitely use Robert and team again!

Will never know - vendor did not bother to return my call, even to say he's busy. I gave him a week to respond to my VM.

Did not use Joe, although i wanted to. He came out and went over my property and requirements, sent me a estimate which included 5 zones with a wifi controller. I called him back as I had a couple of questions and did not receive a call back. I called his office and asked to be put on the schedule for a installation and to please call me to answer a few questions. Never heard back from Joe. Had to find another company to install my irrigation system, which I did. Would have been very professional to return a call, guess they don't care when they are busy.

Quick and easy irrigation startup and leak repair. Used several times and overall appts are quick, but sometimes could be more thorough. Would use again, but get on schedule early as it fills up quickly. Love to billing and easy payment through quickbooks. Wish more companies billed that way.

The owner Joe was very professional. He is retired military and you can tell he is honest and cares about the quality of work that he provides. The use a seamless way to lay the PVC pipe that does not totally tear up your lawn. They came out for 3 days but really just did a few sections each day. I obtained quotes from 3 different companies for this job and they were all very similar in pricing, so I went with who I felt most comfortable with. No pressure to upsell. Will give you just what you need to get the job done. Would hire again and again.

Short version: Joe, the owner of Rainfall Irrigation, and the Hunter products are great. I'd highly recommend Rainfall Irrigation! Longer version: I made the mistake of waiting until it got extremely hot and our grass started suffering before shopping around for an irrigation system in late May of 2016. Most other contractors I called had 2-3 month lead times b/c it was the busiest time of year but Joe got ours done within a month. The project included a large front lawn with 2 zones (6 heads each) and a small side yard zone (6 heads) plus a really sweet wifi-enabled, iPhone-compatible timer! Joe was responsive and very professional throughout the whole process. He even sent out a friendly reminder email explaining how to winterize the system yourself rather than making you think you needed to hire him to do it! The one-day installation was seamless and the system worked well all summer and fall. Unfortunately, we developed a serious water leak where the city's water meter married up to the main irrigation valve in December of 2016. We think a truck may have ran over the valve box (it's right next to the street curb) b/c the heavy duty copper line was physically cracked so it was not an issue of faulty installation. This leak was spewing water out of the ground and flooding our lawn so I immediately called Joe, and he arrived later that day with a crew and fixed it on site. It was cold, raining, and dark, but they worked until 9pm to resolve the issue. I will definitely use him again if we expand our needs into the backyard and landscape beds and would recommend him for your system as well.

After reviewing all of the positive press for Rainfall I chose to give them a call Monday morning, 11/28 around 10am. After some period of ringing the call was transferred to an answering service where I left a message outlining the request and asked for a callback, leaving my name and number. At the time of this writing, 4 days downrange, I have yet to receive a callback. Would I consider using Rainfall in the future, absolutely not. I should also say that I had submitted an electronic request via Rainfalls website Saturday evening and then followed that up with the call on Monday.

Great folks. On time, fixed everthing in less than an hour and showed me how to use the system.

Joe and his team were professional and punctual, showing up exactly when they said they would. Came out first week to lay the "pre-work" where they installed all the piping in flower beds and shrubbery areas and tapped into the main water supply. Returned the following week to install the remainder of piping and heads as well as connect all the piping laid in pre-work. Installation was incredibly non-invasive throughout my yard. Minimal trenching and they did a great job of clean-up and replacement of turf. Very pleased with the entire process and system.

I was impressed by all of the positive reviews I read here on Angie's List and wanted to be sure and add my experience. From the moment that the owner (Joe) came out to do the estimate I had a very good feeling about Rainfall Irrigation. He did an excellent job of explaining my options and possibilities for my yard. I received an estimate a few days later. His wasn't the least expensive of the 3 I received, but I'm extremely happy that I chose his company. They were able to fit me into a busy schedule and did a fantastic job. Professionalism, workmanship and keeping me filled in during the process. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use Rainfall Irrigation again.

Great. We have a small irregular shaped yard. i am very particular about the placement of all equipment. Joe understood what i wanted and everything was placed exactly as I asked. I was over anxious and kept coming out to check on them. The whole crew was friendly and professional. I probably spent more to get the quality of work but it was well worth it. I wanted to use soaker hoses instead of drip irrigation because of constant monitoring drip irrigation needs. And I can easily changed the placement of the soaker hoses. LOVE THE SYSEM. Joe was very easy to work with.

Both men were professional, knowledgeable. They worked hard while adjusting the flow to reach the plants/landscape & replaced a broken sprinkler head (small additional charge). Would definitely use them again. Very pleasant office staff also.
