They were very quick to respond to my request for quote. Quickly came out and took measurements and replied with a price the next day. Price was very reasonable from what I had previously been quoted by another company. The window had to be custom ordered and arrived in the timeframe they had promised. After getting several quotes on replacing the glass in two large picture windows, I selected Jackson Glass due to their quote and their customer service. Jackson Glass was able to give me a preliminary quote over the phone and then came out to give me a formal quote. They recommended a higher grade product, but it was a lower price than the other quotes I received. They were very professional to work with and met the time frame that they quoted me. The install was very easy and they did a great job cleaning up the mess. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Joshua Jackson performed the work in an efficient and professional manner. I am very pleased with the new glass. One casement window had failed - Joshua replaced glass with ease. Also, had a broken window in a bathroom - installed new glass top and bottom - chose 'rain' glass to obscure view from outside while still allowing sunshine to penetrate. Very happy with all!

Great affordable service. Kept appointments and answered calls promptly. Everything went smoothly; my windows look great and I can't recommend them highly enough. Even after the installation, Mr. Jackson encouraged us to call with any questions or concerns.
