I just needed one window pane replaced because of a BB-gun shot through it. They were wonderful. They did not try to push me into replacing the whole window, like I feared. The quote was very reasonable for just the damaged pane, and they replaced it with a perfect match--thermal dual pane with the exact size grid in-between to match all the adjoining windows. Joshua, who did the work was always polite, professional and punctual. I am VERY happy with the work! Thank you!

They contacted right away after receiving my request on ServiceMagic and it was a Sunday! I was pleasantly surprised to see them contact me back on a Sunday. I, on the other hand, didn't want to bother them on a Sunday so I didn't call back but they contacted me first thing Monday morning. They accepted Paypal as payment which is convenient for me since I'm on the computer all day. The glass was ordered and installed in a timely fashion and the rate was reasonable. Granted, I didn't shop around but I didn't feel the need too. I believe I got a good value for my money. I'm a happy customer. I would certainly use them again.
