We decided that we should replace our aging system this year. In the process we called several providers and received estimates from each. Carl Brucker was the only engineer that actually looked at the airflow through our house and made calculations about how large the system should be based on the load of the house. Most providers looked at the amount of return in the basement to size the system, but Carl tracked the returns up through the house to check that there was sufficient air moving from the house into the system. We promptly received a professional individualized quote for our home, with model numbers of each component to be installed. After we selected Brucker HVAC they were able to come by almost immediately to begin the work, they quickly removed our old system, installed the new one, new duct work, dampers, plenums, new lines and a new outdoor unit. They did a very good job of making sure that everything was neat and tidy, which since our system is located in a basement, is somewhat important. We have a split level house which has classically had imbalanced air flow. After the new properly designed system was installed our air flow is much better balanced. Our biggest complaint about our old system was that almost no air seemed to make it up stairs where our bedrooms are. Now we have much better air flow throughout the house, and our new system is extremely quiet, we almost can't tell when it's on. We are extremely happy with our new system installed by Brucker HVAC.

Replacement work was complicated by worker stepping thru ceiling in two areas of the below bedroom and closet. The replacement unit connections leaked causing additional damage to the ceiling in another area of the hallway. Still waiting to get it repaired. Unit works fine. The company very apologetic for errors.

Their price was good. They were all good. I would use them in the future. They will be coming back in December. I would use them in the future.

I called another company and they quoted $2600 for a new part. I called Bricker and he came right out and looked over everything and told me that he thought he could find a used part and charge me only four hundred dollars for the part and the labor. My air conditioner is working great now. It has helped my electric bill go down. He was very professional and pleasant.

After making my appointment they came out within a week. They were very professional and everything went real well without problems and as I expected. I would gladly recommend them to others.

This was the best experience in my life working with a contractor. Carl was one of five companies that provided an estimate. He is the only contractor who offered cost effective solutions for this job. His crew was neat and most professional. The job was completed before the deadline with no surprises. Since this project, Brucker has done work for my son in Dallas, Georgia as well as my own home.
