B&M Garage Doors

Bob and Mick did a highly professional and timely job. I damaged one of the doors and after checking I found out the best solution was to replace the door. Then we realized the doors would not match so we had to replace both doors. We also decided to replace the two openers with Liftmaster openers. Bob recommended the doors and openers and we could not be happier. The doors and openers work perfectly. We are confident we will never need to replace any of the items again. We have used Bob and Mick for 12 years now and could not ask for better people to take care of our garage doors. They treated our house like their own. Highest recommendation.

It went beautifully. It was a simple fix, they showed me what to do to prevent it, and they charged me a minimal service fee. Bob and Mick are knowledgeable, experienced, and they respond quickly.

Replaced spring on a garage door + spent extra time educating us on a remote problem. B&M were at our home in 2011, prior to subscribing to Angie's list, and we were very happy with the quality of work, service and price at that time. Highly recommend to anyone!

The garage door broke the afternoon before a holiday. I called to see if they could look at it that day, since I didn't want it to be down over multiple days. The repairman arrived a couple of hours later, and was able to get it working again quickly. He even reduced his price because it wound up taking him less time than he thought it would.

The service was very good. My husband met with him in the morning as he tuned-up our garage door. He programmed our remote controls because we had messed everything up trying to program a new remote we bought. I wasn't home when he came in the morning, so he even came back to my house later in the day to program the remote control that is in my car. Very nice and very knowledgeable.

One technician came and took measurements the day after I called. He double-checked his measurements before he left. The only problem was that he had a strong cigarette smell which I did not want in my home. The next day a different technician installed the springs on the garage door. He was efficient and checked the door to make sure that it operated properly. He also apologized about the other technician.

Was a nice install. Fairly quick and professional.

The technician diagnosed the problem right away and replaced the springs in about an hour. Great job.

Bob was absolutely AWESOME! We have a large garage door and the spring broke. Since the garage door opener was no longer working due the stress it encountered I assumed we would need a new set of springs and a garage door opener. I called Bob at 4:00 on Thursday and he was able to get to my home by 5:30. When he arrived he was able to get the garage door opener working again, put a temporary fix to the spring, and with the temporary fix we were back in action. Bob wanted to come back on Friday to make the permanent fix but we were leaving town so he came on Monday. I also requested an additional remote and when he went to program it he found that the "learning" button had been damaged. So he opened the garage door opener body and fixed the button and successfully programed the new remote at no additional charge. What I was figuring would cost close to $1000 ended up only costing a couple hundred. The garage door is now working better than it has is years. When it comes to garage doors look no further. Bob is your man!

We had recently purchased the house and there no remote units with the garage plus the doors were coming off the tracks. The technician arrived promptly and performed the services requested at the quoted price. The whole process went quite smooth.

Garage door completely stuck and mangled from broken part on the track. Scheduled next day service that was on time, priced so good i did not get another bid, and everything is fantastic.

Garage door was not working. We call for several estimates and B&M's was the lowest. He was professional and came when he said. Fixed the door in a couple hours. Gave us tips on maintenance. I would gladly use again.
