The service call went great. I've been using Eddie at Arctic Cool, Inc for 5 or 6 years now. I found him via a mutual friend and he's been nothing but professional, reliable, and prompt. In this instance our upstairs unit ran out of freon late last summer and we decided to wait the winter before getting it topped off. I called him on April 2nd, expecting to schedule the visit for next week, but he was already in the area and was at our house within 20 minutes. He checked our freon levels, found both units low, and topped them off. Eddie's a great HVAC technician and I'd look more forward to his visits if it didn't cost me money everytime I saw him. But I trust his work and feel he's giving me a fair price.

Turned on furnace first time this year, horrid rattle, Eddy explained wht it was, solenoid, and options, do nothing, probably just dust from being off 6 months, short term fix--motor $300.gives us another few years and since furnace is over 30 years old we could wait until needs replacement $1500. In a few years, Also checked AC, freon OK, capacitor was low, we had some issues the end of the summer, replaced it, and that since AC was also over 30 years old when it finally goes out it will be about $2000 to replace, Everything he told us about maintainence and replacement was spot on with the research I had done on Google. Being new to Georgia I was so concerned with finding good service, Eddie is the best. Look forward to using him again in future.

We were very pleased with everything that they did and we were satisfied with it. He was courteous and they came here when they called. They came on a weekend to do the work.

Eddie is great! I was so pleased with his work on my home that I contracted with him to service my rental properties. He is always fair, gives reasonable prices, and his work has always been exceptional. I would highly recommend him for any of your heating and air related needs.

upon follow up he pretty much said that it was to hot to go into attic and to call him in the fall. Thanks Atlanta in summer, no A/C and 2 kids in the house and this is the response i get. I called Ragsdale heating and cooling will let you know how that goes.

Technician came out just an hour after calling for service.problem was fixed quickly

Provider was prompt in responding and providing a date of service. Our air conditioning unit stopped working. He explained everything thoroughly. Our compressor needed a hot shot. He discussed how long it could potentially last and what to expect for a new unit in the future.

We contacted Eddie the day prior and setup a service appointment for the next morning. He advised that it was the blower motor's bearings going bad and all other operations were OK. He was able to get the part the same day and install. He confirmed all worked OK with the new motor and checked out our humidifier too. We have used Artic Cool for many years and Eddie is extremely prompt, professional, honest, and knowledgeable. We know we can always count on him to never oversell us.

He is very honest and dependable. He only tells you work that needs to be done that actually needs to be done.
